Fire:

Colors: greys, reds, oranges, black and even pink

Design: typical spiky frills that are commonly seen on dragons and basic tail

Breath: fire that has short range but is wide and does heavy damage and burn damage

Recommended for: SE pvp and pve, Valgeuro pvp and pve, ragnarok pvp and pve, lost island pvp and pve, Fjordur pvp and pve

Located: the main trench on SE, a corrupted form in the wastelands Extinction, in the bottom of the ice trench on valgeuro, the main trench and cave on ragnarok, the main trench on lost island, the trench in balheimr on Fjordur

Lightning:

Colors: blues, purples

Design: a spikeless frill with bumpy edges, slender fleshy tail

Breath: long ranged lighting that deals heavy damage and stuns creatures but hard to aim

Recommended for: same as fire wyvern except for valgeuro

Located: main trench on SE, main trench and cave on ragnarok, main trench on lost island, Asgard trench on Fjordur

Poison:

Colors: greens, pinks, greys

Design: frills very similar to a dilo or boa and frilled tail

Breath: a ball of gas that erupts and seals very high damage, ignores armor and deals damage to walk through the remaining gas, but does recoil to you as well as being hard to hit

Recommended for: SE pvp, Ragnarok pvp, lost island pvp, Fjordur pvp

Located: main trench SE, main trench and cave ragnarok, main trench lost island, vanaheim trench Fjordur

Ice:

Colors: blues, purples, grey, black

Design: very spiky with spiky tail

Breath: icy breath try at deals low damage but drastically slows enemies

Recommended for: ragnarok pve, lost island pve, valgeuro pve, Fjordur pve

Located: like nests scattered through murdersnow in ragnarok, ice trench on valgeuro, ice trench on lost island, jotenheim trench on Fjordur

Now that we’ve gone through the wyverns I woudl like to say this, my personal ranking for pvp worst to best is ice, poison, fire, lightning and for pve is poison, ice, lightning, fire

Use a powerful flying animal that can pack a punch.

I knocked out one female and it gave me enough milk for 4 Wyverns

You can actually spawn in scoarched earth creatures by using a command just use Google and search the command for the creature you want. Upvote so other people can see.

Use fists to knock out... if you use no armour when using fists Taming goes 10x faster... after it is knocked out take the egg out of its inventory...... hatch it and bam... to get milk knock out alpha wyvern... ( must be with fists) then take the milk...

To get milk easily, I'd say chain bola the waters then shoot with any arrows or Darts that KOs this creature. Once knocked out, you can remove the chain bolas, and gather the milk, so you can use only 1 chain bola, although I recommend having more than q chain bola. This is not a short tip lol

I've killed a 264 anky with these and I didn't even aim close I was trying to pick up rip diamond pickaxe

If your going to find and hatch a wyvern egg, just be ready to lose a lot of tames, I suggest you buy your first wyvern.

HOW TO GET A EGG AT LOW LVL!!!

BEFORE: some steps may be specified for ragnarok…

1. If your not lvl 38< level up.

2. Tame two pteranodons. (Get ONE with good stamina)

3. Make a saddle for the pteranodons.

4. make sure you have an empty inventory. And then ride the pteranodon with good stamina.

5. Ragnarok only. Check the southeast wyvern spawn go a little north of there.

6. Ragnarok only. You’ll see some extreme terrain near you go under one of the things that look like tilted pillars.

7. Ragnarok only. You should see a rock in the water stop on the rock to regain stamina.

8. Ragnarok only. Go behind the rock and inside you’ll see water and pillars

9. Ragnarok only. If you follow the left side of water you’ll see a glowing green cliff.

10. Ragnarok only. Make sure there’s no wyverns near the cliff. If not then go to the cliff

11. Fly up and look for wyvern eggs. (IF YOU DONT HAVE A EXTRA PTERANODON YOU WILL FAIL)

12. This gets a little bloody. Most likely there’s a wyvern guarding the egg so send the extra pteranodon to get its attention and fly far from the egg.

13. GET THE EGG AND FLY FOR THE EGGS LIFE.

14. Go to your home.

15. Light 20 campfires near each other and place the EGG NEAR THE FIRES. (if you put the egg on the fires it will burn to death when it hatches)

16. Optional… turn down hatching speed and up maturation speed in settings…

17. HATCH IT AFTER WAITING AROUND FOR A LONG TIME.

18. save before baby wyvern wants care or if it’ll be done growing before don’t worry about it. (So it doesn’t ask for wyvern milk)

18. CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE HATCHED AND HAVE A WYVERN.

How to get a wyvern egg. (This is a joke😅 please dont take it seriously😂)

Step 1: ride into the nest on a parasaur (bring a dodo for emergency defense)

Step 2: knock out any wyverns near the nest with a slingshot.

Step 3: grab the egg and run out.

If you don't have wyvern ai go Tame a daedon who will heal your wyvern when it is not hungry

I like dragons because they can fly and breathe fire at the same time

Do not get milk

There is an easier option of getting an iguanodon and any flier then get the egg and don’t get milk way way too hard and expensive get a daeodon they are easy to tame and can heal allies including a baby wyvern

The hardest part is getting and hatching the egg however raising is for the daeodon

You can try to tame them, but they have to stay awake. The best thing to do is to wait a few hours. Wait like two or one hours and then take the eggs and that’s how you tame them and then incubate the eggs.

Need help on getting some eggs? Heres a tip!

STEP 1: Use a flyer thats speedy, has decent weight and a decent amount of stamina. Make sure you can outrun wyverns and have some range as they can easily spit breath onto your mount.

STEP 2: Find a "wyvern trench", check the ark fandom for trench locations. Ice wyverns and the 4 other variants are in seperate caves.

STEP 3: Stay as far from the wyverns as possible, don't get picky with eggs and find a clear exit for the trenches. Quickly nab the egg by getting off your mount and make a run for it!

TAMES YOU CAN USE:

-PTERNADONS: disposable, easy to tame and quicker than a wyvern. To get away from a wyvern coming to close for comfort barrel roll by clicking "c" while on shift. Weight might dip when you carry the egg

-SNOW OWLS: As fast as a pternadon , you can dive bomb from a height and pick up speed. (Just remember to remove your mini map)

-GRIFFIN: The stamina might be alittle risky, considering most griffins have 200-700 (you can level them), same with the snow owl you can dive bomb and glide with faster speed. Remember it chews up stamina, don't forget to remove the mini map aswell while doing so.

GUIDE THE WYVERNS TO OTHER LARGER CREATURES! THE WYVERN AGRESSION RANGE IS LARGER WHEN THE EGG IS TAKEN!

GROWING

Incubating time (normal): 4 hours and 50 mins (use 15 standing torches lit to incubate, spark powder is suggested to light the fires as it lasts long).

Growth time (normal): 3-4 days

MILK

Baby wyverns only eat "wyvern milk" which is obtained from knocked out female wyverns (5 wyvern milks) or dead alpha wyverns (which give 40 wyvern milks!).

-Wyvern milks give 1200 food, but spoil quickly on hand!

-Wyverns needs can be reset with a cyropod so you won't be wasting your milks.

NO MILK? HERES A HELPING HAND

All you need is…

-Lots of cooked meat (you might need a industrial grill for this..) atleast 1000, daedon, lots of stimberries or stimulant and your baby wyvern.

-Put the meat in troughs and place down the daedon nearby, drop the baby wyvern nearby.

-You won't need to feed the baby as it's healed by the pig, however you need to check on it's torpor - feed it stimulant and keep it atleast less than 500. If it sleeps it's gonna end up losing health and dying!

-Don't get out of render distance, the daedon will stop healing and the baby will die.

Remember to do meat runs and check on the baby!

REMINDERS: babies are hardy, food doesn't drop quickly, atleast 10 milk will do per day.
