These things are surprisingly tough for the size. I attacked a lonely one fearing it would ruin my taming and it took more hits that i think it can take.

A pack of Troodons killed my lvl 150 baryonyx, those bastards! This same baryonyx had previously wiped out a swamp of crocs and snakes, yet is futile against a pack of animals no bigger than a compy.

Either kill them or run they are sneaky and evil little b@strds

I use Parasaurus to locate enemies for me in a set location so I can find these guys. But at night is difficult, because they see you before you see them.

This strategy let's you know a rough location.

Have Parasaurus find them.

(Bring carnivores to help in case goes wrong.)

Have the bola actively swinging.

Once you see the red eyes...let her fly and cross your fingers.

It's strange how everyone is saying how there so many of them every we're but I haven't seen a single one since my very first time playing ark and that was 9 years ago

Just get a high topor tolerance and a shotgun then all your problems are solved

I HATE THESE THINGS SO MUCH!!!They just knock you unconscious and kill you!So annoying!

So I was walking along the beach in search of an easy kill, like a dilophosaurus, because my friend and I we’re starting to feel the effects of hunger after eating only berries for a week. Prior to this, we had just learned about troodons by reading their dossier, and were terrified. We were new survivors and had just recently found ourselves stranded on this island, so we had just gotten over our terror of dilo’s. To feel that kind of cautious fear renewed again was not fun, so we crept cautiously along the beach in search of food. Suddenly, as we walk around a rock, my friend says, “ooh, a compy!” And runs up to kill it. I walk to see her hunt and a jolt of terror runs down my spine. “THAT’S A F@$&%*G TROODON!!!” I yell, but just as I do, it turns around with a mean glare in its eyes. We had gone to hunt while day was still on to avoid trouble, but as soon as that motherf$&@%r turned around the sun set and a terrifying orange glow lit up in its eyes. You can guess what happened next.

Troodons stay true to their word...

They will kill you.

If you have a torch and hit the trodoons with it they will run away

They knock you out and kill you in your sleep

Just don’t tame just just don’t really don’t tame it

These things are killing me! They completely suck! Even in tech how?
