These are tameable for Pc Users, all you need to learn is the Fish Basket engram and drop one down near a high lvl trilobite and then stand in the trilo’s way and guide it til it’s near your basket then capture it, release it before it expires in your inventory then cryopod it up for save keepings! Trick no ones sharing is you can hide blueprints in abberation trilobites and then hide them underwater ;) p.s you can also tame leeches and then leave them on aggro for biowarfare at obelisks or transmitters lol or Sabre salmon then catch release then cryo them for easier otter taming or attaching c4 to said salmon then attacking underwater targets....

My favorite Dino can now be tamed for $20...

These are soooooooo valuable, you may not need them right away when first playing the game, but kill them and collect everything they drop anyways. Kill them when you dont need them, because eventually, you will, and if you dont, you'll regret it later. I go whole days trilobite hunting on my spino.

Trilobites... Also known as the Cockroach of the Sea!

It all depends, sometimes you’ll find a bunch of them, sometimes you won’t find any. They spawn very frequently near large masses of shallow water— but the water must connect to the ocean. I find them in the mouth of the rivers near shallow water. More often then not they spawn in the south or near the red obelisk if you pace yourself towards the snow biome you will definitely encounter a few along the beach.

I feel like this creature is not even common in Ark mobile

You’ll find a ton of these over time on the east side of The Island on the beach at the base of metal mountain. There’s a straight beach across and south of Carno Island. When I live there I never run out of chitin.

Sure does come in handy when these guys are around. They crawl out of the water every morning at the same time every day. Easy way to get black pearls and oil

When tamed via Fish basket, feed it berries, although it's hunger goes down really slowly, it's best to keep some berries on it so it eats when it needs to.

Can't be picked up on mobile by anything, very sad since there's no fish baskets, so that means the closest way you can go to "keep it" as a pet is punching it and making it run into a house or building
