Level up the triceratop's weight the most. It already walks fast enough between plants and its energy will regenerate. This will decrease the number of trips needed.

They are really common on that fishing spot island which is located on the right-down corner in the map.

I tame my first trike with a slingshot.

So basically I got my first slingshot and wanted to try it, I fill my inventory with rocks and climb a very big rock that I knew that it would not climb and I start to throw it rock with the slingshot, and with patience it went down and thats how I got my first trike

Make a box with doorframes at least 4 to 6 foundations 1doorframe tall use a ramp so you can get it in try to make it some thing other than thatch or wood so it can’t break and hit the trike with trank arrows and once it’s nocked out feed it berries and narcotics or narcoberries if needed and you’re good to go

These guys are great for many reasons

1. Base protection (if you have enough of them)

2. Berry gathering

3.wood and thatch gathering

But don’t make a tame trap for these. You can usually outrun them while you are taking them. If for some reason you are not fast enough, you can just jump behind a tree. Another tip I have is putting most points into

1. Melee damage

2. Stamina

3. Weight

Those stats are preferable if you are planning on using your trike for gathering

Trikes can be used for collecting thatch and berries but in my opinion use it for berries because i spent abot 5 mins collocting berries with my trike and i made over 200 narcotics thats way more than needed but they are exelent for collocting berries up so everyone can see

These things are herbivores dat means its 100% Not Aggresive But if you attack it first it will attack you bak NONSTOP Til your dead ( Also If U Attack A Trike with other trikes, the other trikes will attack you too even if you didnt attack it ) Cuz they're herding dinos

Trike are slow so that means you can outrun them for a while go to the same place and the trike you attacked will not attack you again (UNLESS YOU ATTACK THEM AGAIN)

Also if u plan attack the trike TARGET it's body it will take less damage in the head so shooting it in the body is more effective 👌👍

The Tric looks cool but it's a low ranked mount not unless you upgrade it THEN it becomes a epic mount

NEVER EVER TAKE A TRIKE EGG. THEY WILL FIND YOU AND K.O YOU EASILY.

Use for large amounts of early thatch by charging through trees.

Probably the single most useful tame in the early to mid game, and makes an excellent addition to any breeder’s egg layers late game. A 130+ wild tamed with berries and leveled with an even split into health, weight and damage can take on anything the island has to throw at you on land, barring Gigas, Titans and high level Alpha Rexes. This Dino alone will transition you from early game struggles to survive to absolute wrecking ball. The berry gathering capability and general tankiness make the Trike an essential early tame. Forget the dilos and raptors, take a high level Trike.

As much as I like the trike, I honestly don't think it's the best for early game simply because of the iguanodon. The iguanodon gathers berries well, infinite sprinting stamina, and a unique berry seeding ability. The trike still serves as a good raid dino though.

Don't stand in front of it, get it stuck in trees and shoot it from behind.

My trike was the second thing I tamed and I use it for everything. Since it tamed up at lvl99, I have killed 3 allos at the same time, a carnival or two, numerous troodons, raptors and dilos, a Rex, an alpha raptor and much much more. 10/10 for utility. Taming runs (mobility and defence), metal runs (anky defence), berry collecting, killing sprees, adventuring into new areas... anything is possible on a trike (ok except for defending from titans, gigas, possibly alpha rexes if they are high level and thyla attacks but you get the drift). I may not even replace it with my 115 spino that I have waiting for a saddle.
