Teaching my son to play ark and we just bagged ourselves some trikes as a next step up from paras. Definitely didn’t build a trap and definitely forgot about the head on damage reduction, but we had them in a crossfire from on top of some rocks with bows and trans arrows. Definitely a great stop gap for newer or younger players when looking for something a bit tougher before taming predators.

When some dangerous large carnivore dinos are near to this guys they will get a buff and add an extra max health if large carnivore dinos are get away from there range buff the buff effect will gone and

the maximum health will get to their normal max health hope this help:)

Also you can luer a big carnivore that are near by like carnotaurus and if there's a group of them 2-4 they could take out a rex, tip 2 . if you don't know how to open an item cache don't hit it look at it and tap the side and hold till I open
