Tips & Strategies

What are tips for titanoboa? Tips and strategies for titanoboa in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
Easy tame
Knock out it then place wooden spike walls around it then drop fertilized egg near the snake. When it will woke up, it will consume all the eggs and become yours.
Tip for players on ark mobile:this is unfortunately not tameable on mobile so do not waste your time like I did.
Collect eggs trap the snake and drop eggs on it any type of eggs will work ( I used a flyer and dropped some eggs on it to tame )
Bulid a 3x3 trap for it or Just fly above it and drop, important: "fertilized eggs" down and it will it it, more stronger the species of the egg, less you will need, if you want to tame it in early game, the fertilized lystro egg is a gond choice cuz the lystro is easy to tame and a 150 Boa, you will only need around 15
If you're in an area that has a lot of these, put stimberries in your hotbar so if you get bit, spam those so you don't knock out, if you knockout, you're dead.
1. Find a nice level snek
2. Clear out all da trees, (so you can see whats going on)
3. Make it go sleepy night night with tranq arrows
3. Place FERTILIZED eggs around it
4. GTFO
When it wakes up, it will eat the eggs without the worry of it aggroing on you and now you have a snek boi
The dossier says:
"Found only in the dark caves of the island"
They are already wrong! It should say something more like:
"Found everywhere but the dark caves of the island, this creature will gladly ruin your day by jumping out and killing you as soon as you even think about going to the swamp. Nearly impossible to tame because it has to be tamed via passive which is very difficult to do. Worst of all you need to feed them fertilized eggs. Why can't it e a little easier?
Snakes... why did it have to be snakes....
⬆️ If you have seen Indiana Jones
You tame them by droping ferti eggs from your inv on the ground. You need to do so when the snake is not aggroed, so sit on a rex or smthing it wont attack. Be sure to drop them from your inventory, not from dino ones, that will make it bugged, it wont eat. To a lvl 20 Rex egg gives 29% on 2x event, bronto 26.7% and giga and wyvern the same, looks like all the big eggs give approxymately the same amount.. so dont waste the best you have ? If they get aggroed on you just run away and return, taming wont drop. Happy taming!
Get a carbonemys or two then when you see one coming towards you put your carbonemy(s) on neutral then bola the titanaboa so that your carbonemys can attack and kill the titanaboa try not to get hit by it since it can give you torpor and kill you in a few hits it’s a great early game source of prime meat if your in one of the south zones
Hey, Mobile Player! I see You're dedicated and trying hard to tame it. Unfortunately, It is not Tamable in Ark Mobile. Hope you have a Better day.
Use ranged weapons against titanoboas and watch your surroundings as the can team up and knock you out.
Roses are red
Violets are blue
If you hear something hissing
You're probably screwed
The Titanoboa is tameable in the new ARK mobile game. I found one and tried to tame it with a fertilized Bronto egg, and I succeeded on the first try!
It says it can't be knocked out because of its astounding immunity to poison so why can't you knock it out with a slingshot or club because those don't include using a type of narcotic or poison
For new players: do not get hit by this at all or you will get knocked out. It will continue to bite you until you die. Please like this is my first post.
If you wanna tame these things for some reason here's an easy way how to:
1. Go to the swamp and kidnap 2 sarcos of different genders then tame them and... You probably know where i'm going with this. After they have layed the fertilized sarco egg pick it ip and just store it somewhere for later. It is your choice what you do with the sarcos after since after laying the egg they will have a mating cooldown that will last around 2 real life hours and can only decrease while you are in game.
2. For every sarco egg that this thing requires you will have to do the first step that many times, if you don't wanna wait out the mating cooldown every time then this will cause you to tame a lot of sarcos. Also add on a few more eggs since this taming calculator may or may not be accurate since it doesn't recieve much feedback because almost nobody tames the titanoboa.
3. Once you have enough fertilized sarco eggs drop them all at once, aggro the titanoboa you want to tame then lure it near the eggs, then run away far enough that the titanoboa will have lost interest in you then run back until you can see it, after a few moments it will start eating the eggs and you will get the "name your titanoboa" menu.
