The really you need to find the snow Dome on extinction I think that's actually the only place that they can spawn in the whole game but if it's not then let me know please but also what I would do is just trying to drink it with like a crossbow that's the best way also make sure you hit it in the head because when I was taking mine when I was taming mine I was being chased by a date on and I had a Juke it out and I 360 no scoped it straight in the head with a bow knocked it out got my Dire Wolf and kill the dead on and came back for it and it actually was like knocked out I don't know why it says dead dead on you know what I mean like Pig thing that like heels
So these things are pretty epic. I have i story id like to share. So with my transfered owl (glacia) was escorting a trade qeutz on crystal isles and dudes with 2 FULLY MUTATED ( i think) TROPEOS ARE HEADED FOR US
So I immediately used glacia and tried to freeze the qeutz down to make sure we dont get noticed by the tropeos OHHHHH HOW WRONG I WAS THEY HEARD THE ICE CRASH AND STARTED DIVIN WITH THE JETS ON AND THE WHOLE SHABANG. So i told my friend we’ll call him jerry. That they were coming for us. So he starts flying away and i say ill try to handle them or atleast dastract them there was some pretty epic loot on the qeutz so i didnt want these guys to get asc fab snipers and stuff (we were trading for a crystal wyvern a pretty good one too so i didnt want to lose the stuff)
So i freeze the tropeos to ground them and then i swoop and hit swoop and hit for a while. Then Grenades got launched. I was dodging most of them then i heard a I dont have unif room for the rest so uhby #p2
I will never forget..........my big mistake. I just got my new snow owl! I was so happy I wasn't ready to name him he was a low level when I got him he was only level 24. But I would never give up on him! I loved him tons even though he was low level and I just got him I would never stop loving him no matter what! We went to the Ragnarok trench he wasn't fast but I did get a lightning egg and my snow owl survived. After that I named him Invincible Snow. He survived a wyvern trench when he was level 24 so ya. I leveled him up and we went to tons of maps and got the other wyverns! But I left him for a minute and my giga I got got attacked and Invincible Snow was on passive. I thought oh its fine my giga can handle it. So I kept gathering stuff! But I messed up there. I was heading back and my giga had not killed the raptors because of his turn radius. The giga went rage I got Invincible Snow out though! But I went to Genesis. And I was spawned right next to a allo pack and carno pack I died but came back.......There was to many creatures allos,gigas,carnos but worse of all alpha Rex's 2 alphas Invincible Snow died but his death was not in vain he died saving me. He died but he went down with..bravery,strength most important......love

I once had an owl named apex because back in 2016 yes, this is an old owl i still have him actually. But i named him apex bc titanfall 2 was in 2016, he was a red black and white owl, we fought queens and massive spiders and even a dragon! Apex was great, we fought alphas even got surrounded by alpha rexes but we got out. We explored the depth of abberation, the corrupted forests of extinction. We made it through a lot. One time i crashed in a boss fight. Apex stayed by me and fought off anything he could. When i loaded back in i was next to the ob. I looked around but no apex. I called for patrons and we went back into the arena and apex was there, we was trapped by the broodmother in a corner. We took our tek rexes and yeetus deletused the thing and i got ny beloved apex back. Then he was lost again, i was moving to a different server and i crashed in the process i got the notification he died but i knew he couldnt die, he wouldnt die. I looked high and low. I know he still is out there, i still look to this day for apex, i know he isnt dead theres no way...

I once had a Snow Owl. Her name was Victoria. She was my ride or die dino. I had Griffins and wyvrens but she was my best friend. And i won an event so the admin said they would color my dino. I decided to get her colored pink and lime green. But one day she passed. She mashed into the ground and couldnt get out, i turned around and saw a wyvern heading right for us. I was going to stand and fight but the wyvern killed me in two shots and one fire breath it was level 150. I died, but before i did i saw Victoria taking damage. My heart dropped. I was flying back on a Griffin but i wasnt fast enough. I saw the red letters i didnt want to see. I have a gravestone set for her and put out a notification on discord for her funeral. And let the server know it was soon. I cried like a little baby and my girlfriend made fun of me for it lol. But it was sad for me. I miss her. I felt like i had a true bond.
So for those of you that don't know the lore, manas are in fact mutated rock drakes that escaped the sunken forest after the arks returned to earth. Now this has lead me to consider the possibility that snow owls might actually be mutated Argentavis. However I have no explorer note documents to prove my theory.
Sad story
I had a snow owl he did not have a name but he was my friend we whent steal wyvern eggs and when I was going home I saw a level 135 giga so I was taming it but I left my owl on passive and a Sabertooth killed him when the giga tamed I immediately had the giga kill the Sabertooth

I have one his name is little birdie I love him he's adorable so cute he actually kind of looks like this like the snow owl that they put on the picture for the still I will on dododex but I'm trying to tame another one for my cousin but they're adorable not use mine all the time to heal my dire wolf
