The snow owl can heal other Dinos with its frost attack

These make it easy to spot Thyleos in the Redwood forest. Also, you can see basilisk in the ground with these guys. Up of helpful.

A must have for anyone.

It can dive, giving it good movement, and allowing you to possibly outmaneuver a wyvern..

It can heal all Allies, itself and yourself with its main ability. You can raise Wyverns by just healing them every 15-20 minutes (no need for milk! assuming you will be responsible), and it doesn’t end there folks. It can just straight up freeze stuff if it does a heal, even a wild lol. You don’t even need med brews or a Daedon when you have this guy for the most part. It can also soak turrets, then get out of line of sight and infinitely heal itself if you do it right.

I highly recommend netgunning this as it is a pain to knock out, takes many tranqs and is fast.

But overall incredibly good tame especially at high lvls

These things are soooo good

1. They can walk backwards which makes it so much easier to line them up against a wall or something in your base

2. They have a heat vision mode, which is super useful while in pvp and also if you are flying around in the redwoods

3. They can divebomb

4. They have two healing moves, one is if you are flying you can turn into an ice cube and pretty much be a health bomb for any of your dinos on the ground, also I could be wrong but I think it heals you and the owl as well.

The second healing move is pretty much the same but it’s for when you are standing on the ground, the owl will cover itself with its wings and then freeze and heal anything in the vicinity

Only problem for me is that they can’t pick things up.. but I still definitely recommend taming one

They can thermally detect any living thing around you giving a strong pvp advantage. Like a night vision with wings. Plus they can put you and your allies in stasis and heal you whilst being an ice cube. Decent airborne mount -

They gain speed when imprinting??? TAKE MY MONEYY

When tamed u can use ice dive move to get quetzals tapejaras or tropos. To the ground like if helpful

The feces are almost as good as fertilizer (and they are the kibble for Gachas) you can forcefeed Stimberrys to let them defecate one stack Stimberrys is about 8-10 feces

It's healing ability for you and those around you burns through stamina really quickly

Owl pellets are not poop. They are actually more like vomit. The owl will spit up bones and fur that it can't digest.

They dont have the ability to pick up dinos, but, they can go extremely fast, especially when inprinted when swooping. If you want a fast flyer with a decent amount of weight and fairly high stamina, this is the one you've been looking for.

The Snow Owl’s healing ability is really good for farming blood packs. Just use the syringe as much as you can, then jump on the owl and heal. Bring a lot of food as the healing drains your hunger a lot.

An imprinted snow owl will have faster movement speed

And you will then heal them but it does use a lot of stamina so be careful

If you heal in midair once tamed, you fall to the ground and any tames or wild dinos will be frozen if you touch them.
