Very good creatures for flying and healing stuff but can't pick stuff

the most useful creature in the game imo. I always keep one on me in a cryopod, all points in stamina and anytime I need heals I pop it out and within a couple minutes everyone is back to full health. also it's predator vision is really useful if you're looking for certain things like otters or trilobites in the water or sneaky thylacoleos hiding in redwood trees

They produce snow owl pellets which because it boosts gachas loot. And snow owl pellets are very useful fertiliser

Shocking darts work 100%bettter on sp. FYI for all single players running mods out there!

For pvp players, you can use the in air freeze to freeze enemies then bola/net gun them

Good for taming quetzal just freeze it than have someone shoot it up

Try healing tame if low on health

For those on consoles, they’ll only breed in the snow biomes. They can also breed at night but it depends from place to place.

They are found in snowy area of extinction, Eden is home to r snow owls on genesis 2. Fjdour has them near the blue obelisk and across the snowy range. Snowy area of lost island (I HAVENT DID ANY RESEARCH) Net guns are amazing on them. I recommend you use tranq darts but a good crossbow will work fine. Use sanguine elixir when taming if havent. They have a thermal vision, dive very well, land on tree tops, silent, and use stamina to freeze dinos around it and heal them.

Best flyers, can have high health incredible amount of stam and if the damage is high it can take on rexes for breakfast

You can actually jump off and use the heal at the right moment if you don’t want to sit there

One of the best Creatures to tame other Dinos.

They get distracted easily. Like really easily. Especially when there is a building around it. It'll just keep attacking it.

If you don’t know when they freeze dinos they heal them and they have heat vision

Just use a net projectile in a harpoon weapon and then it’s soooo easy

i’m playing on extinction and i went to get snow owls and it took forever to find one so i settled with a lvl 65 which isn’t bad but not great, anyways i built the trap (4 gateways 2 gates) and i just couldn’t get it in the trap so i just used my argy as a tank/target and loaded it with tranqs, so if your struggling to get it in the trap and you have a high health dino with you just use that as a target for the owl while you knock it out

These guys are fantastic they have great stamina and good weight they are fast and their thermal vision is so useful for finding creature you lost track of. They are also easy to tame just use the normal argent gateway trap. However a few days ago I lost mine when I was offline to an alpha Rex along with my newly tamed 217 yutyrannus and two of my three dinopithecus :(

When trapping these guys, you're gonna wanna have make 4 stone gateways and out them really close together, because these guys can just fly right out if you space the gateways out. A ptery will work fine for trapping it.

if you do a red drop make sure to ump stam to heal your tames

Get a good high health animal (preferably wyvern) and let it attack your tame as you shoot it with tranqs
