1.) Get harpoon launcher and net.

2.) Find Sarco.

3.) Net the Sarco.

4.) Shoot it with tranqz & knock out.

5.) Feed it prime meat or fish.

6.) Enjoy your new best friend.

For any new players don’t listen to people saying “make traps” just get a sling shot and if it’s to high level for that tranq arrows and your set

Last it run after you on land (and I recommend you to use a crossbow)and then shoot it with tranq arrows . The best food in my opinion is raw prime meat and raw meat. Try that and see if it will work.

Dealing with Sarcos to a brand new player can seem like a daunting task, but they have a noticable weakness that can make them easy to knock out for taming. If you can get to it's side, closer to the tail it can't hit you. You can use this fact and a wooden club to take them down and feed them fish. This is also a solid method for killing them outright.

If you are looking for an easy way to tame these early game. Get it to aggro on you, dodge the chomp as it comes for you and then go to one of it's back legs. As it tries to spin to get you, follow it's back legs and punch, tranq or club it until it goes unconscious🌟

Knocked this sucker out and ended up staying by his side for two whole days straight.. ended up with a busted lip but bruises heal;)

Okay, so in my experience having a Sarco near is an issue, but if you have at least 3 trikes the trikes can kill the Sarco easily. (Even wild trikes will ambush Sarcos.) The trikes will mainly win! And you can take all the loot for yourself. :D

Use fish meat or prime meat dose not matter fish meat saves time. And don’t use bad language.

So I tamed one I went in the ocean got attacked by jellyfish I died spawned and ran and my sarco... Came back up cuz he was on passive so he came up

The sacro is fairly easy to tame if you maintain a good distance and have been leveling up your speed. I've tamed 5 in my world and haven't had them hit, keep running from them and shoot them with trancs from a distance. Once knocked out use prime Meat if you have it and make sure to have narcotics. He takes a large amount of time to tame.

These guys are 100% worth the tame, ez tame, trike kibble is easy to make, just use a pteranodon to get on a rock they can't reach, use a crossbow and tranq arrows and shove the kibble down it's snout, these boys are great taming mounts, as you can pull items on top of it, like the crossbow, and it takes the damage for you, so pump levels into health and melee, as you can easily regen stamina instantly by going into water.

I shall give you my knowledge of how I tame sarcos and some dinos First you must search for your target Second look at it from every angle to see what would either get you on their side or back or just land on top of them Third throw a bola or do something to keep them in place(if you want) Fourth(if you didn’t do step 3)do what I call the chasing my tail tatick which is just keeping away from the dinos jaws(this worked best on carnavors(that can’t pounce on you)and dinos that don’t run as soon as you hit them or get close or fly away

1.Find a sarco

2.Go to its tail and play ring around the Rosie and slap(you can use bare hands lol)its tail until it sleeps.

3.Feed it 40-30 fish meat(prime is optional)

4.You op water mount now nice.

Best thing I can say is definitely go for the middle part of its body if you can't immobilize it or make it unconscious with darts. I basically had to walk around in a circle avoiding its mouth until he was unconscious. Luckily he was a level 4 and not in the 30s and up like the past few I got eaten by... Good luck!!!

I’m telling you right now, cliffs will really be your friend when taming. Obviously you will need meat or kibble to tame. I recommend fish meat.

You will need a good amount of tranq arrows.

Then you do the standard knockout and feed.

If your in a swamp, lure it towards you on a flyer, (preferably a low level In case it dies.)

If you don’t have a cliff nearby, just run and shoot at it until you knock it out. (Get some stamina levels, they are fast.)

Best way to get a sarco is just seat near to seashore with wooden chair, he/she spawned immediately to attack you and them you can know him with arrow and enjoy your new buddy

If you need a tip on how to get a saddle it’s pretty straight forward! You need a lot of cementing paste which is annoying to make lol. All you need to do is find a beaver dam and they have tones in them!!!! Be careful tho cuz the beavers get mad n can kill you so have a fast tame. You can find lots of dams in the north of the island by the snow biome btw
