How do I kill a sarco? sarco battling strategies in ARK: Survival Evolved.
If u see one of these go kill it or tame it they are a pain if they are on your island I have had these constantly spawn right where I live but thankfully I set up a nice spike wall along with watch towers be careful around these AND KEEP YOUR DINOS AWAY I learned my lesson already when it took down my first Dino my otter called cuddles.... please click up to pay respects.....
my dodo (lvl 4 at the time, thought he was dead until i whistled my other dinos to follow me) was apparently in the direction of the sarco (lvl 5). he walked right into the sarco and i was convinced he was dead meat. until the sarco’s corpse just flew into the air. man, that dodo was a trooper
The sarco is very easy to escape, considering it's slow movement speed on land, but don't get to comfortable. And don't go into water with one around, they are VERY fast In water. I would recommend taming a high level one, they are , like I said fast in water, and overpowered for how easy they are to tame. Highly recommend.
If you want to kill a sarcosuchus, you need a dodo armee. Or a dinosaur armee. Just tame 10 dinos etc. That's the easiest way (I think so)
Warning! These guys are kind of broken in asa as sometimes they can’t attack out of water and have many other issues. Just hold off on taming these in asa until they are fixed.
Interior crocodile, alligator. I drive a Chevrolet movie theater
It's death roll attack is so scary when you are on the receiving end, just fighting through the swamp and suddenly half the screen is a mouth 😕
Just takes a 140 and I can’t do any damage with it in ascended. I might get lucky and a little bit of damage here and there but the attack on it is messed up. It is still super fast in the water though
Big croc is mean
In the Wirithing Swamp poem:
Leeches are nuisances.
Meganeuras a rude.
IF YOU SEE SARCOS, YOU ARE DOOMED.
If you are In the swamp or shallow ocean and see this I recommend useing a bow and flint arrows to kill sarcos and these can rarely spawn In shallow waters
If your still new to ark I wouldn’t suggest going near these puppies there absolute beasts
In my experience I have found a couple of ways of taking these big boys down easily. The first one is to utilise it's turning circle as it cannot turn fast at all, so hug it's back legs, turn with it and whack it with some sort of melee weapon at the same time, a sword or pike works best for this. The second technique is to just walk backwards and shoot it with something, preferably something damaging, so I wouldn't suggest using a slingshot here. But doing this back step technique will allow you to just be too far away from the Sarco's bite, however, be careful of what can come sneaking up behind you. And by all means do not try and out swim this thing, it will win, every time.
I was flying around on my ptero when I crashed into a waterfall my pt flew to the side and I was on a ledge. I was about to jump off when I saw a sarcho below I shot at with pistol when I fell off and thought I was dead, but I managed to kill with sword .😳
All you need to do is to kill a psycho is use your metal hatchet and start chopping away. It is so easy I am only a newb and I have already killed at least 20
You can easily outrun them if they start chasing you, heck even out walk them. But be careful in water they're super fast swimmers.
Don't try Sarco vs Sarco, because then more Sarcos show up. That's how I lost Shelby 😭

To whoever is nervous about their sarco problem that posted on the sixth, raptors can kill these! As long as you have an about lvl 20ish raptor and the sarco is lower level, you’re all good!
PS if you name your raptor Aster Jr after my deceased sarco killer, I would be much obliged (respect for Aster!)
