Avoid fighting a Sarco in water, where it is much faster; lure it onto land and keep your distance by backing away while using a bow or other ranged weapon. Alternatively, stay behind its hind legs and circle with it, exploiting its slow turning speed while attacking with a pike or sword, and use high ground or obstacles if needed.
