If you get on its side right up in front of it's back leg and go in circles with it stabbing it in the stomach you can easily kill these fellas with even just primitive gear with minimal damage.

Tame it above a cliff not in the water because there can be sharks and dangerous fish and mantas tame it at the bottom of the cliff you shoot if with tranq arrows to tame it.

The Sarco already got a TLC, it won’t be getting another.

If you have a sarco and you want to get ALOT of hide bite a braceosores and bring it into the water and kill it it’s so easy

Use a sword or any other weapon (preferably a ranged weapon) to kill these things but be careful. While I have no fighting experience against these things, I know that they are pretty slow on land, so get some hits on it when it’s on land. Never fight these things in water, they are super fast in there-t

I was out getting some things and. Out of the blue a sarco came at me and bite me it missed and I was running. To one of my tames he flowed my to it and I was about to fly away he kill it. They drive me nuts.

Super easy tame, there slow, so keep them on land, and just pack lots of tranq arrows and fish. All you need is time.

These annoying tanks spawn at most easy and medium spawns, they’re pretty hard to tame if you’re not levelled up and they two shot you if you’re a fresh spawn

mkay is it just me or has a mother ducker came to a tiny island aka MY BASE and it’s miles away from the swamps like how the quack did it get there like what the hell? Did god just like hmmmm that looks like a good base to attack or what bc no star o would spawn miles away from the SWAMP

If it can’t (which will most likely be the case if tamed down there, because (in my experience) Sarcos struggle just entering the cave with how wide they are. But don’t listen to that guy. Just summon it out in the “Request Creature” tab and wait for it to teleport (I have summoned creatures out of the cave when they get stuck and they teleport just fine). After the TLC update they can fit through dino gates and you can now stand on a tamed one's back.

Dont feed it raw meat! Feed it raw FISH meat, it tame faster

Great early to mid game tame, defends base early game, decent mount mid game, great at collecting meat and good way for early-mid game players to get prime, although not very good for pvp.

I'm not sure if anyone has the same experience as me but I find myself leveling up faster than usual on a sacro. I may be wrong or right so please tell me in the comments if anyone has experienced this.

Pros and cons

PROS

-You can get their saddle at level 35

-Regenerates stamina EXTREMLY FASFT in water

-Jack of All Trades. High health, Okay Damage, NO OXYGEN, Etc..

-It have a Horrible Speed on land

-Spawn in swamps, a Dangerous place

-Do spawn outside of swamps, BUT IS HARD TO FIND THEM

These are super easy to tame due to being slow on land. just run ahead of them and shoot tranqs (don’t get too close though because they can hit further than you think!)

They are very good tame for beginners since they are slow on land and fast in water, and you can easily knock them out because of that, but be careful to not get bitten

Ride this dino when you are shooting at a new tame. Their snout is so far from you. Trikes and other dino’s will not attack much or not at all.
