These guys are powerful at a high level i even managed to kill an alpha tusoteuthis with a level 260 Sarco i tamed him at lvl 180 but because of the taming bonus he got extra levels

Creatures you need in ARK

Kaprosuchus- they drain stamina of any creature and they are good on both land and water

Sarcosuchus- They are good for land and water travel and unlike the Kaprosuchus they have decent carry weight

Deinonychus- they are stronger than you think

Guys the saddle is unlocked at lvl 35

If you want to kill a sarco, I have a great tip for it! (It will take a while but worth it in the end)

Step 1: tame at least 2-3 mid level Dilophosaurus’s

Step 2: tame 1 low-mid level Carbonemys

Step 3: shoot it with an arrow and have your tames attack it and shoot/stab it with a spear or bow.

After around 20-30 seconds it should be dead!

I tame this thing I wish I knew before I tamed it. Is it is hungry if you do get it down. Get a lot of meat and narcotics. He is a good animal in the water. Btw you can knock him out with a bow and narco arrows. Make sure to run around

How to kill a sarcosuchus Krookodile

1:Find a sarco

2:Get your stronk ranged or stronk melee weapon

Melee:Target its body DONUT TARGET THE HEAD With the meelee weapon

Ranged: get your ranged weapon then just shoot,run,repeat

Tamed one of these along with a Kapro at the same time. Build 2x2 building with walls 1 high, ramps all around. I brought my Rex with me and took out all the snakes. Waited a bit till I saw one within range and shot it once and lured it to the trap kapro came with it. Tranqed both out standing on my Rex and done! Bring narcotics, and trike kibble for mobile.

These guys aren’t hard to tame or kill, what ur gonna do is sacrifice a pet to a close by sarco. I recommend a parasaur. Then you are gonna get a buddy to help you, or by yourself. Your gonna pull out a club and knock that thing out. And get some narcotics and raw meat. Enjoy your sarco.

They have 2 1/2 Attacks: Regular snap attack (single tap), A death roll (Swipe up) and the 1/2 was if u use the death roll at the shore into the water u launch urself into the water B}

They gather meat fast as a torpedo but they also eat fast like a torpedo (tip: Transfer the meat to ur own inventory before ur gator munches all of it lol @^@)

They are turborocket fast in the water. If u tame a high lvl u shall lvl up health and stamina. (NOT movement speed)

The dmg of a lvl 100 is 100 to 120

Btw its really confusing: i have no idea if its a crocodile or an alligator-

Get on a high place and crossbow it till it’s down and use fish meat or better to tame it I got it from level 36 to level 46 just by taming it.

If you have meat and you are in water with sarco nothing can stop you.just keep moving it's stamina is unlimited . It convert meat into stamina. You better know about its speed in water.

I find alot in swamp but be careful lots of snakes carnoes and raptors around my swamp.

Easy to tame. Just use the turtle method. Walk backwards and shoot it with even a sling shot. But make sure to stay out of range of it’s jump attack. Take it from a guy who did it and succeed. But do not, I repeat, do NOT lead it into water. It’ll be your end.

To knock it out ez, use a club and keep runn8ng at its back leg (any) and hitting. U will garantee that u will take ZERO damage if done right up so all can see

I tried and battled a sarco that lived near my thatch base once (I was a noob) and the thing killed me 5 times before making it unconscious though I didn’t think of taming it so for revenge I killed it it is also very slow so you can outrun it easily

They have a really slow bite animation so what you should do is chain attacks with them by spamming the other skills. You need to spam leaps, turn your cam around towards the dino and basic attack before continuing the cycle. Many called it trash because it attacks slow but in reality, it has to spam different attacks in order to be viable in battles. Really fast underwater aswell.

I was the same guy who encountered the level 260 male sarco at level 7 and said I'll tame it and guess what, I TAMED IT! basically i shot 2 tranq arrows at it on ascendant normal bow and then hit him with 10 clubs then used the soothing balm i got from Hunt: megapiranha pursuit and put fish meat and it took 9 fish meats. The dangerous part was i knocked it down near an lvl 100 alpha carno but thankfully both me and my sarco survived.
