If you wanna raise a baby rock Drake and you don't have nameless venom, you can use a Daedon, just activate the passive curation mode. Take care of the food of the Daedon

DO NOT USE 1 POUNT IF FOOD EVERY 15 SECONDS IN YOUR EQUATIONS (for raising rock drakes) I’ve seen many comments that say this but i have tested it and the babies lose 1 point of food every 10 seconds! If you assume it as 15 seconds your baby will likely die!

You can get the eggs on fjordur

They are in a cave on Asgard I will tell step by step how to get them there

1. Get Hazard gear: The cave has radiation so you have to have this gear

2. Get a spino: They are immune to radiation, so it will be a big help

3: Get a flyer of your choice

4. Head to Asgard on fjordur: Go through the portal in the “cave” with the portals

5: Locate the cave: The cave is in the area with the purple trees, locate that cave and suit up (WARNING Shadowmanes are in that area)

6. Go into the cave with your spino

7. Pick off any lone drakes you can find, this will help clear the area of the egg

8. Find a nest, and grab the egg, doing this will make ALL of the drakes in the cave aggro on you, so back into a corner with the spino and fight them off (Or sprint out as fast as you can)

9. Hatch your egg

10. Enjoy the drake!

There are also tan rocks in the abberation cave on main map fjordur, if you mine them they give nameless venom, this can be used to raise the drake.

You’ll need 2 Hazmat suits, a glider suit, 2–3 climbing picks, and two strong 10k+ HP dinos (I recommend Megalosaurs).a light pet, A Dire Bear is optional but very helpful. Bring a Zeppelin and several Cryopods for transporting your dinos.

Take the Zeppelin to the entrance of the Red Zone where the path starts going down. There’s a safe section before the radiation begins — land there. From that point, glide down toward the Rock Drake nest area.

Once you land, throw out your dinos. Leave the Dire Bear somewhere safe near the entrance. Start by clearing the upper Drake nests and collect the eggs there — you’ll need your climbing picks for this part. Kill every Rock Drake you see.

Tip: After you grab the first egg, multiple Drakes will aggro onto you. Kill them before attempting to grab more eggs.

After clearing the top nests, move toward the main nest area. Cryo your dinos, glide down, deploy them again, and repeat the process. When you’re ready to head back, cryo your dinos and use your climbing picks to get out of the trench.

Store all the eggs in the Dire Bear since you’ll likely be encumbered. You can repeat this process until you run out of Hazmat suits or your Dire Bear gets too heavy.

When you’re finished, run back up to the entrance and return to your Zeppelin.

New as of 2026 : instead of 20 Acs now they require 13-14 to hatch rockdrake eggs

So they made wyvern breedable November 7

So just release TLC update 4 and Have the rock drakes breedable and add tek Rockdrake

Hop on Genesis 2 to get the free tek armor from there.

Then travel to Aberration this suit works as a unbreakable hazmat armor and can be charged freely in the element water in the red zone (fully charge it you can See the percentage on the armor in your inventory).

Now you can just fly into the rock drake cavern while pressing sprint and controle grab an egg and just fly back out there you go you have your first egg.

You have to steal an egg like a wyvern. I used a lot of ziplines and a high level ravager to get down there, used the pick to climb up to an egg and ran. The drakes nearby WILL aggro on you. I got on my ravager and ran away on the ziplines. Make sure you have a hazat syit to protect you since there is radiation down there.

If you use a snow owl to heal the rock drake, you do not need the nameless venom. Just keep an eye on it as it is maturing and as the health goes down due to starvation, hit it with the owl😉

If you are not that good at game you can always just log off when you get the egg so they lose agro

It seems there's a bug that rapidly respawns the eggs pretty much as soon as you pick them up, I ran around in circles picking up eggs and got like 10 180 - 175 eggs I learned this in the drake cave on Asgard but it might work on others.

Rather than looking at the various tips on food loss per time, start a timer and stop it when 5 food is lost, then divide by 5 for an average. Every rock Drake is different, I raised 4 at same time with different timers.

If you own bobs tall tales, then using a cosmo and haz suit make stealing eggs a breeze! Just lower down to the egg and pull yourself back up!

You can't tame a Rock Drake by knocking it unconscious. You need to find their glowing nesting caverns and steal one of their eggs to hatch your very own Rock Drake.

On fjordur, there’s a cave with giant purple crystals on the outside. If you go in, there’s orange rocks. If you harvest these rocks they give you nameless venom, but there tons of ravagars do bring a good mount.

The easiest way to get and egg is to find someone taking a basilisk.

It's quite easy if you know how to do it. First, get a decent megalosaurus or spino (I used a wild tamed meg with 382% damage), you can easily get to the trench from the element falls. Then, pick ONE egg that you are targeting. Kill the rock drakes around it. Make Zipline paths to that one nest and grab the egg. Zipline back to your mount and run. If a rock drake attacks you before you are on the zipline, use an apprentice or higher shotgun to kill it. Good luck survivor! Enjoy your rock drake!

I don’t know why no one is saying this but UOU CAN HATCH THEM WITHOUT AC!

Just use 8 dimetrodons with all levels in melee and place you egg! They insulate the egg to needed temperature.
