What are tips for rock drake? Tips and strategies for rock drake in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
If You go to the deepest spot of the map were there is purpul crystals and Water as far down as You can You Will se like yellow holes big holes in the Stone Walls and don't bring glide suit and climb pick You Will die trust me.
Tame an megalosaurus whit 130 level or higher and just pump meele and health and it Will make the rock drakes and the animals down there look like cats don't forget to get 1 extra radiation armor set and an fully Charged bulldog whit 600-1000 chargé of light Good Luck and the rock drakes babies eat Nameless venom just use the mega to kill them GL
From baby to adolescent (1-50%) they lose 1 food every ~10 seconds not 15. From 50%-100% they lose 1 food every ~45 seconds. To calculate use this formula (food) x (seconds) ÷ 60 ÷ 60 = (time) for example : the rock drake I have has 4800 food 1070/4800 is what it is at and it is below 50% growth. The formula would then be 1070 x 10 ÷ 60 ÷ 60 = 2.972222222222222. This means that I have almost 3 hours before fully depleted.
Full Raising babys without Nameless Venom with the Cryo Hospital; especially during double rates. It refills the food. More details at tips on „Cryo Hospital“ happy love Ascended ✌️
People always say you need a tame that is invincible to radioactivity but in ASA you can just use the gather all the mushrooms and sap and throw it in a cooking pot to create the mushrooms broth or whatever that grant 15 min immunity. For those who have bobs tall tales just us a cosmo. Now go tame yourself everyone’s favorite petafile
So after some testing and calculations, I think I figured out the food depletion times.
At the 'baby' stage(0%-9.9% maturity), the food goes down one point every ≈ 11.5secs ±0.1secs. So for example, 2000food × 11.5secs = 23,000secs ÷ 60 = 383.33mins ÷ 60 ≈ 6.38hrs.
At the 'juvenile' stage(10%-49.9% maturity), the food goes down one point every ≈ 23secs ±0.1secs. So 2000food ≈ 12.7hrs.
At the 'adolescent' stage(50%-100% maturity), the food goes down one point every ≈ 32secs ±0.1secs. So 2000food ≈ 17.7hrs. This is until fully mature.
(I did not check if the depletion time is different during 50%-75% maturity vs. 75%-100% maturity. I'll update this if there is a difference)
So with this you can figure out how long you can leave the rock drakes for and if you pair this with the maturity calculator, you can figure out how much food you need till full maturity.
Disclaimer: I ran a couple few several multiple tests to the best of my abilities and i thought I'd share it since I'm raising 29 rock drakes at different stages at the same time. However, a 0.1sec discrepancy can make a difference.
So when calculating and setting your timer, give yourself 1-2hrs of time before the food runs out so you can acquire nameless venom, maybe 3-4hrs if you're raising 29 rock drakes at the same time >.<
For hatching In aberration I had two high melee otters in a room with 7 acs. It worked.

Has anyone else every seen one of these in the green zone?
Use egg incubator is better cuz is cheaper, can hatch multiple at once, can change temp to the preference of the egg
I havent tried this yet but it should be easy to do if playing multiplayer, u get charge leech to stick to u or ur friend, which gives radiation immunity for 10 minutes, and u find an entrance to the trench. Place a bed at the entrance of the trench before u jump down, box urself up with the bed so u dont get pulled but u will get teleported to the host (make sure the person thats host jumps and doesn't have the leech) When ur friend dies, u will be at the bottom of the trench and ur friend will be dead but its ok (put items in another dino or smthng) as ur at the bottom of the trench with radiation immunity then u should be able to get an egg.
If it doesnt work then srry lol but it makes sense
MAKE SURE THE HOST DOESNT HAVE THE LEECH
No more rapping, just rocking !
They can go invisible
Where do I find these on extinction? I’ve seen corrupt versions but not a normal one.
