My new and improved, How To Tame A Pteranodon!

Step 1: gather berries.

Step 2: find pteranodon.

Step 3: try yo passive tame it. *nothing happens*

Step 4: download dododex.

Step 5: learn its a carnivore.

Step 6: gather meat.

Step 7: find another pteranodon.

Step 8: try to passive tame it. *nothing happens*

Step 9: get annoyed.

Step 10: look in dododex.

Step 11: learn its knock out tame.

Step 12: craft a club.

Step 13: find another pteranodon.

Step 14: try to knock it out. *it flys away*

Step 15: throw down controller.

Step 16: craft a bola.

Step 17: find another pteranodon.

Step 18: throw bola.

Step 19: knock it out.

Step 20: stuff meat in its mouth. *You discover the meat in your inventory spoiled*

Step 21: get more meat.

Step 22: give meat to unconscious pteranodon.

*pteranodon is gone*

Step 23: throw controller at tv.

Step 24: find another pteranodon.

Step 25: throw bola.

Step 26: knock it out.

Step 27: shove meat in its mouth.

*it wakes before the taming process finishes*

Step 28: try to knock it out again.

*it flys away*

Step 29: throw controller across the room.

Step 30: craft narcotics.

Step 31: find another pteranodon.

Step 32: throw bola.

Step 33: knock it out.

Step 34: stuff meat in its mouth.

Step 35: give narcotics.

*a raptor eats it before the taming process finishes*

Step 36: get eaten by raptor.

Step 37: drop controller.

Step 38: scream into a pillow.

Step 39: find another pteranodon.

Step 40: ForceTame.

How to try to tame a pteranodon and rage

Step 1:craft a bola and club

Step 2:knock out a pteranodon

Step 3: feed it 14 normal meet.

Step 4:relieze it takes long.

Step 5 : the Pteranodon wakes up and flies with the meat

Step 6:rage as much as you can.

“Also if you follow this it is not my fault”.And yes I did it.

I learned from the ark community that the “no” in Pteranodon is also silent, apparently.

I had a pteranodon, then I stole a pteranodon egg my pteranodon fought it and flew into the heavens, quite literally.

I had a terry named x-wing and two trikes attacked me and he distracted them so could escape rip x-wing

When your riding a PT make sure you watch the stamina because when you run out of it while you’re flying it will go straight to the ground and once you land it will start to fill up. But you can’t control where you land so you could land in the middle of a dangerous area with no stamina. Hope this helps😁

They are easy to tame they are everywhere and they make a good army. Also never ever pick up wild pt egg when I first played this game I picked up the egg and died in like a second and he was mad at me for o long time. So never pick up wild pt eggs

one time i was walking around and saw a few pteranodons killed a spino and they sent it flying hahh

Once I got on the back of my diplo and shot a male out of the sky with tranks and I waited once I got him down he was a lvl 89! What the hell?

Tame one of these bad boys and picking enemy's without flyers while be your amusement

Well if ur tameing a high lv one here’s tips

1.use balm

2. Name him beans or something

3. Be happy and get the things you’ve been needing with ur new found Sky dog

4.get killed by tek turrets and lose all that stuff AND ur balm

5. Be mad u lost balm

Theses tips work 100% of the time 😄

Ok I got a story for you I found a titanosaur on the island on a ptaradon after I went to the green tower I was going home but I found a t rex above it was a quetzal then I died by kapro bc my PT touched the water trying to get a note

Player: OMG this must be aggressive because it eats meat and just look at its face OH MY GOD

Pter: gets punched accidentally

Player: If that guy is passive, tickle chickens should be too right? Same thing?
