2.find one

3. Burn it with wyvern

im sure he spawns only in heat waves, making him exclusive for the while to scorched earth, and he dies when it ends and he drops ashes and you go and pick those up and then since you saved his life hes now your tame. kinda like bufords bully code thing. you know, buford from Phineas and Ferb.

I followed a 125 Phoenix around and built a trap on it by locating its ashes with a Parasaur,I marked its location on a map and went to do stuff and on the next SuperHeat I went to that spot. . .it despawned...it's ashes despawn if your gone for too long and who knows when the next heat wave is gonna come,if its a high level make a trap and quickly make 20 to fking 100 jars of oil and return and camp its spot,wanna use a flamethrower but can't make one,purple crates and above give them like common loot
