Put berries in your last item slot.

Let pego steal it.

Pego is now tamed.

Go to youtube.

Search up "medival diss track".

Play "midival diss track".

When "midival diss track" is finished, kill pego.

Add one to your kill count.

Congrats! you didn't want it anyway.

I was taking a stroll with my moschops (choppy) when I get attacked by these thing they steal my berries next thing I know I have tamed a pego that I named prego

Knock them out and put them in a tent. While it is unconscious grab some berries and put it in your inventory, make sure there isn’t anything else for it to steal to tame it faster. When is is awake let it steal the berries from you and eventually you will have a tamed Pegomastax! Also make sure your tent is closed.

Y not trank it build walls around it then let it wake up?!

I accidentally flew on my terasaur and landed with 2 of these things and I had 100 menjoes ( the purple ones) and I automatically got tamed

If your lucky you can insist tame one

Ok. These guys are literally the worst and the best! They are extremely annoying when untamed, but very fun when tamed. I’m on day 21 of ark killing theris around level 10 with my 11 pegomastax.

Encountering: To tame a pego put berries in the last slot of your inventory (slot 0). The pego will come up and steal the berries from you, taming the pego.

Battling: these guys are a piece of cake to destroy. Start swinging at em and after a few hits they are dead. That does mean however, they don’t have the best health.

Leveling up: For using these fellows as a murder gang level them up in melee and speed. If they are fast they can attack and steal faster, and melee will kill faster ofc. If you just want one I recommend health and weight though.

Of you are a low level and have no way to kill it. I suggest you knock it out, it can be done very easily and you still get your stuff back!

One of the smallest creatures in the game and it does care if your on a Rex, a wyvern or a Giga. It's gonna attack you until it gets the loot, kills your mount, even if that kills it....which it will

They mostly steal items from the ninth hotbar slot, this because they are a passive tame so you put the mejos in your last slot like usual and let them steal it.

All this guy wants is a little drugs, offer him some and it should be fine. He is the nicest guy I know.

Pick up the tiny beast and Chuck the thing in the ocean

If you want an obnoxious amount of plant species x seeds, or seeds in general go to the swamp and throw it at bushes with high melee and weight it will gather a stack like no other. Or set it to wander the swamp and come back to it you'll be surprised if it lived through it.

Don't knock out this dinosaur you tame it by putting a stack of mejoberrys in your last slot(0)or on Xbox left on depad then walk up to it and it should take the berries after doing that for a few times and you tame it you can get you items back just by accessing its invintory

Did not tame with citronel but tamed with mejo

As an expert told me; the best way to tame a pegomastax is to remove EVERYTHING from your inventory, including your armor and stuff in the hotbar. Have stacks of berries (preferably mejoberries) in your inventory, let them steal a stack and they usually become tamed with one stack stolen.

For mobile players.pegos only spawn in dungeons…but hey they are rainbow colored
