We had a giga on passive at our redwood base (since nothing ever attacks them). Low and behold, after over a week of nothing wrong, I see "Your Bruce (lvl 98 giga) was killed by pegomastax lvl 10".

When I say I screamed for 10 minutes, I mean it.

When you see one, put any kinds of berries in your last inventory slot and walk up to them slowly. They will take the berries and it will add to their bar. Just keep doing that over and over

Remember to put a bunch of these in your base, so when another tribe breaks in they loose all there raid gear. GG Wildcard

Make sure you have nothing on you besides loads of Mejos, get the Pego in a taming pen and let it steel the Mejos from you.

Maybe put c4 in last slot? Those thieves will never see it coming! Have fun

To tame this gremlin you need to let it steel one of your items and let it play chase with you than chase after it hopefully you have a galimimus to chase after it than you got a lovely gremlin

I first used vegetables and it did nothing. Used 99 mejoberries in slot 0 and it started taming. Once tamed, I got my vegetables back. Thief.

If they swipe berries off of you, they have the potential of taming themselves! This just happened to me! Now I have Peggy.

literally bought console ark after playing mobile ark for ages, this little sh it came and robbed me of my tranq arrows, then, had the audacity to come and tame itself on me after taking my 20 mejoberries, didn’t want this pet but I took it home, died 20 seconds later to a bird that picked it up and ate it, still don’t know why or how but I also don’t care

Herbivore Passive Tame (veggies cant be used). Put up to TEN (10) Mejoberries on the very far right of your hotbar. Taming affinity is gained up to 10 berries. So dont give them any more than that per stolen stack.

I was just collecting my stuff from my body and just got the message saying I tamed this thing. For the next hour I had no idea what until I found out it just nicked the berry's in my last slot I was gonna use for something else. He tamed himself but Gollum now sits looking over my shoulder.

Get a pterodactyl, bring this thing as far into the sea as you can, and watch the sharks eat it. These things have committed too many sins and cannot be forgiven.

Mejoberries give 100% taming efficiency. Couldn't get crops to actually give a taming meter. Took around 600 mejo on a 4x server to tame.

One of these little bastards attacked my kapro (js started a new island playthrough, kapro is awesome early game) and so I picked it up and started running around with it. I got off my kapro and I walked around to the pego to punch it but it escaped before I could punch it and stole my mejoberries and tamed itself 😭

I would have berries trap it with you so it steals and gets tamed little by little

Put full stacks of mejos in slot 0. Stand near the Pego and let them steal from you. The interval is quick and they lose taming affinity quickly, so don't wander far.

Make a taming pen. Put mejo berries in your last slot and let the pega steal it. After it steals the berries use a whip to take it out of its hands and it will steal from you sooner. Only way to tame a 150 it seems since its taming bar goes down while it holds the berries.
