The ratings might say the sickle is the best for fiber; it’s not. These bad boys can farm 800-1000 fiber every 5-10 bushes

Tame this thing and give it a collar on mobile and upgrade weight and store ur valuables in it. Once you get raided and it attacks a dino you have it will run away with ur items safe in its inventory and when you respawn you can find it!

This is one of my fav underated creatures. It harvest fiber like a machine wich us very helpfull in starting and has soo high health and malea compared to a starting creature easly on of my top 3 starting creatures

alright so,

i tamed a few moschops so they can gather berries and level up. so, i kill some dodos for some

meat (sorry for dodo abuse), and then i kill another and next thing i see is uh..the moschops harvesting it. ITS AN OMNIVORE?!?!

If you want to use these to collect fiber on mobile you need to set them to wander and use the whistle to get them to stop following you. I personally let my Moschop out of my base to wander and collect fiber while I stay near it collecting stone and wood. They will also occasionally take down trees for you and eat corpses.

Okay so a lot of people say that moschops are useless coward Lizards. Well if you say that then just take one yourself set it on wandering and make sure its next to a lot of trees and mostly berries and they are awesome for collecting fiber (Extra tip-THEY EAT RARW FLOWERS- they also eat a lot more like berries and crops!)but I use The Rare flowers because it brings mine up to 69% tamed! (With one flower) also make sure when your taking this harvesting god because if you hit it taming is practically over for you don’t try to knock it out if you do your stupid so DONT try to knock it out please make sure that when breeding it’s a 4x4 area! Up for more information! ^

Very easy tame, just get mejoberries and feed them. I have four of these and I let them roam them around, next thing I know I have 5 stacks of thatch, 5 stacks of fiber, and 2 stacks of wood, and tons of berries :)

Set it to wander and it will wander for hours on end and when it comes back you will have SO MANY GOD DAMN BERRIES AND FIBER

I set it to wander and it came back with 40000 fiber

For mobile people,wildcard if ur not gonna let us ride the thing at least add a setting that makes them gather fiber till u have as much as u want, if danger comes they go back to you and alert you.

Just in case you don't know, in wander they stop gathering once they reach half max weight

These things are actually really good for how easy they can be to tame. They get crazy amounts of berries and wood and fiber and also have a pretty high damage

So I tamed one on my 2nd day on ark. It was a level 90. It is definitely helpful for people just starting out because if you set it to wander it collects a good amount of fiber, berries, wood, and thach. I recommend it to anyone starting out because it can be a great help getting those resources that you need.

These guys are great for gathering fiber & you don’t need a saddle to ride. Try taming a low level so that you don’t waste a lot of taming food (sadly, you can’t ride these on mobile, so there’s pretty much no point in taming them there)

If you just level up olny damage and olny organic polymer and whistle a targeted dead Dino that gives organic polymer it gives HUNDREDS

how to tame and use moschops:

step 1: locate the moschops

step 2: feed it it's desired food

step 3: get angry because it wants cooked prime

step 4: exit and re-enter ark

step 5: hop back on and hope it wants mejo/tintoberries

repeat steps 3-5 if needed

step 6: tame the moschops

now you have a big iguana sitting around.

after taming, use it to kill members of its own against will

or maybe even trap multiple females to exploit their ability to create superior kibble with their eggs

or just use it as a fiber/berry gatherer

don't forget about those harvesting levels by the way. level in something, take your little buddy with you, and harvest, trust me it can be worth it

They farm everything you need. Super easy to tame just walk up and see what he wants to be fed. Best way to farm Large eggs early and start a superior kibble farm imo.
