The Maewing is a knockout tame: use a net projectile or trap to immobilize it, then tranquilize it while monitoring its health. Once unconscious, feed it meat, berries, or kibble, with meat generally being the preferred option.
How to tame them? You need to trap it, and then shoot IT with tranq arrows or tranq darts. Then feed it berries.
