Mutton more effective to tame.Dont try with berries

KO tame- only need a few arrows even for high levels

Omnivores so mutton worked really well

When you shoot them they try glide away so have to be quick or make a trap around them

Punch one:

1. 2 seconds before countdown

2. 3 seconds before launch

3. 0.2 seconds before you find another one because it’s out of render distance

Eu acertei a maewing com a rede lançada pelo rabanete.

E coloquei 4 fundações de pedra e ao redor coloquei 2 andares de portais de porta e plataforma por cima pra ela nao sair e consegui derrubar tranquilo.

Taming is easy. They knock out quick. On gen 2 just chase it when it takes off. It will eventually land and then deaggro. Rinse and repeat. Once you got one of your own their super easy to chase. Tamed my first one with np like that

On the lost island the person who is closest to the Maewing when it finishes breeding gets to unlock the saddle in the engrams

On lost island they can be found at boskar meadows but there are kentros sarcos and allos too.

If you DON'T HAVE THE NET ENGRAME, Use 3 wooden billboards, 2 pillars, 1 roof. They don't attack back. Place billboards arround the creature then place pillars + roof to prevent it from flying again. Will take less than 10 darts

For low levels about 10 and under shoot 1 time in the head with a crossbow than see waer itgos and in like 6 seconds it be trank or use a harpoon gun with nets and it's a omnivore so it eats meat and berries so feed it meat or crops

It is ridiculous how the baby’s are in pouches I am not saying it’s bad let’s say you wanna go somewhere and you wanna take the baby with you but remember to food in the maewing caus they will starve

I think you should get the net gun it will make it so easy

You can grab it with a wyvern, put it in a taming zone in your base and built tatch foundation, walls and roof to avoid him to jump to heaven then tame it 🤘

Tamed a orange one today awesome it is so cool how fast it is in the water and in air. Love this creature
