In fjordur there are many in asgard as I have seen almost 10 above level 100 in the last hour

They are found in the redwoods in Fjordur! Look around the terminal in the water and in the pond! Net and tranq! Easy peasy

Lost island tip, they like the tiny ravines next to lakes where sarcos hang out. But you should always hop on a flyer n check the wide area around them. I was playing with my cousin as we were looking for them and as soon as i saw the platou i knew it was giga spawn, the first one was on the opposite side of the snowy mountain and low n behold we're flying after one of these guys when i spot a level 130 green as day Giga just chilling and not far from it at the base of the redwoods is its rival the titanosaur. They wont passively fight eachother i found out. Safe to say both the 4th base n our dinos are on the opposite cliff, im thinkin about boxin him in that tiny ravine so we can safely tame the maewings, sarcos and hyenas. Also: The maewings jump is the most adorable thing to watch from an argy.

Good luck taming these they are insanely fast and quick. They seem easier to ko in water (and they don't have oxygen meter)

Tamed Mae wings can still fight even if there knocked out it very useful

They are also found in Asgard near the wyvern entrance. But they are on top of the cliff. I found at least 6 next to each other at 30.6, 18.4 and two of them were max level.

Use foundations to help keep it from escaping and knocking it out is easy

Anyone notice how it looks like a platypus mixed with a gliding squirrel? Like seriously look at a picture of a platypus then look at a gliding squirrel. Has no one thought of that yet?

They spawn in a abundance in gen two witch is the best place to get them in my opinion.

Maewings are kind of easy to tame. And there really really usful to. Their easier to find on gen 2 and easier to tame since gen two is basically easy Ark. They also spawn in lost island but harder to tame and if you try to tame one in lost island your just making it harder on yourself to be honest

I haven’t encountered one but they are big and really useful when traveling I have on on modded console and it is really useful

I found my first one just walking around about 40,60 on the map

Just tamed one right after Genesis 2 released. You have to knock it out and feed ut berries, but be ready to chase it after you shoot it.
