Their eggs ( not golden ) make oil instead of kibble when cooked.

Here's how I tamed one using Ichthyornis. 👇

What I did was use my Ichthyornis to Hunt fishes and bring the dead bodies for me.

Change his settings to "Hunt and retrieve", put him on your shoulder then you go swim. While you are swimming aim at The fish you want and double tap F (on PC). Ichthyornis will fly, kill the fish and bring the body to you.

Then you take the body to Hesperornis and feed it. Once you get used to it it's very fast and easy. I recommend following Hesp from behind so you dont need to adjust your aim all the time.

You can do the same to tame Otters.

Even a fat Sabertooth salmon takes it 17.5 percent.

But just get a wooden cage go to the duck have it attack you go behind the cage it will go into it and just close the cage, then feed it fish carcasses

Quick tip that helped me tame one on ASA; you can place a wooden cage on top on it when it stops moving and feed it fish through the bars. Sometimes it might glitch out but just pick the cage up and put it back down on it again. Hope this helps!

When you anger it. Don’t try to laugh because you will laugh. It looks even more pathetic than a dodo rushing at you and it deals LITERALLY 1 damage. Upgrading it to 200% means it only deals like 2. Don’t take it to fight.

I'm genuinely tired of trying to tame this guy cause his feed fish radius is so stupid it's so small that tried to tame him 10 times still failed either the fish automatically drop and he eats it or piranha packs attack only the player and ragebaiting me or when I reach like 30% taming something happen to ruin it😫

How To Tame:

Use ichtyornis(seagull) to catch fish and bring it to them (preferebly get saber salmon) keep feeding them till tamed.

Easily Get Golden Eggs:

bring your hesperornis to the hidden lake really safe spot full of fish the most perfect one on island and set it to aggressive and enable wandering the hesperornis will eat fish till it he is done you can notice it by seeing it not swimming quickly and runnig around so pick it up and throw it on the ground it should lay a golden egg after 3 normal eggs

i recommend using the egg to make extraordinary kibble and use them to tame yutyrannuses so you can get imprinted ones for bosses and permanent extraordinary kibble

Also put all of hesperornis upgrade points to health

Taming guide #4: Hesperornis and Otter

1 They have a weird taming metodo,Where you Need to trasport a fish to them and feed them

2 The best Place to tame Hesperornis and Otter Is that River between Redwood and Swamp,since It Is full of Salmons wich work the best ( Here Hesperornis are common while the Otter Is rare like in any other Place)

3 Kill salmon and feed them with the body

4 Enjoy a duck/a cute ball of fur 🦆🦦

Taming an ichthyornis will allow you to gather the corpse by setting it on hunt and retrieve, after the fish is killed it will deliver the corpse right to you and you can tame the Hesperornis

Hesperonis can make golden eggs so go steal!!!!
