Before you tame one let's go over where can you find these on Aberration and Fjordur specifically. On Aberration, in the very first spawn area head down to a small body of water which will be down a steep drop, they can be found in a cave along the pond's shoreline. In Fjordur, they can spawn in the main area known as Midgard they can very rarely spawn in the magma/blue zone cave in the bottom left of the map (if I remember correctly). You will often find them in the glow cave in Vanaheim, a place you must find the portal cave to reach. The portal cave is near by the vault cave that is like a "special thanks to ___" thing.

They can be found in artifact caves. Watch out for bad things.
48 Lat, 27 Lon are the coordinates for an entrance of a cave they spawn in.

My clan found 5 of these last night in Valguero's aberration radiation zone.
In gen 2 these are pretty easy to find in the Rockwell area, but to find one that has no aggressive creatures around it is the hard part.
They are on the lost island map. In the caves.

Go to the portal and there will be a lake go on the island then look around for a cave next to it it will be there ;)
