They are slow. Any tamed water mount that isn't a dunkle can out-swim it

The dunky does get a lot more anky but there is so little metal underwater unless you're on ragnorock so just use an anky and agentavis to fly it to metal mountain still use for oil it is your oil buddie for life

Works like an underwater anky, plus as a weaker but still pretty effective argy all in one. Is also a slow, but very hard to kill combat mount with its 50 % damage reduction to the head and another 25% from a primitive saddle (exponentially higher if it's a higher quality) Reccomended tame!

The dunkleosteus is the anko of the sea easily getting alot of metal and oil as well as having really good weight

If you have yourself a tuso before taming one if these, your life will be 100% easier.

Just grab it, hold it and wait till it K'Os

Get a sarco or two to help clean out the area and shoot it with tranq arrows while mounted. It will almost never attack and you'll have plenty of speed to keep up while it swims around. Bring a couple if scuba tanks if you don't have above primitive base ones.

If solo taming literally just grab with tuso, bring back to base, hold it and watch YouTube until it passes out

The Dunk had the fastest bite of any animal alive during the time it was still alive. The trap jaw ant is irrelevant.

It doesn’t say but in my experiences it Harvests more metal than an anky

They are found way down in the water

The dunklosaur I thought you could not drag it’s dead body but you at least need capability to have 250kg to drag it

Level up speed first. When it gets to 130% it'll be great for both harvesting and tanking damage.

Don't aim for head I suggest trapping it in a sea cave or you could shoot above the point in which it swims

I swear these things don’t care if they’re being tranqued. They’re passive when you approach them and apparently passive if you shoot it. Don’t know about others :)

They have a lot of torpor and have 80% damage reduction. They are also great oil gatherers and are very tanky at high levels

If you have a squid just grab it and hold it still until it goes unconscious.

Don't hit the head it does less torpor (just like the pachy) so hit the body.

People underestimate the dunkle. On ragnarok it is more useful than any other tame it harvests metal,stone,flint,wood,crystal,oil,in massive quantities can help a solo player build a fleet of motorboat in a few hours.

They are the coolest creatures of the ocean, but it is sad they are not in Aberration
