If you don’t have an argy Just make a taming pen and lure it in it with a pteradon or gallimus.

You can also use a bola and build a tight pen around it. Then if it gets loose it won't run away and you're still safe

If your planning to tame one of these suckers try bringing a friend with you if your by your self try separating them from the fire you want

Its a good early game strategy to sparwn in the snowbiome because its very hard to survive that means less other players.so sparwn get a small thatch 1x1 house with fire and bed going so ur survival is save. Then get some bolas and a sling or an bow with trank arrows(you can get them from killing argents early on) knock an low lvl out and tame it. From there on you can kill and outrun the most things there and grow stronger and get higher lvl ones.

Its prety easy. Ok first make a hard save and put IT în hardcore (BC you gain 2x exp and resources)first spawn near arctic. NOT în arctic(its imposibile to survive). Make lvl 10 then tame a parasaur.The Para will help you get nacro berries for narcotics. The big problem îs spoiled meat (i dont know a fast way to get this). Make like 40 narcotics. Go to make lvl 21 for tranq arrows. Craft some. Do the dilo hunt pursuit for a ascendant bow. Make some good chlotes. Dont use cloth , you will freze. Make less naked and better duds pursuit for some good boots. Go to arctic. You will need some bolas. Its a good option to have high ground. WARNING they travel în packs. To find the highest level îs easy. Ge will hotel to get a patch leader boost. Kill his packmates with the bow and tranq it. Be careful. His topor drops relatively fast. Use biotoxin to keep IT knocked. Kill some jellyfishes. A jelly drops like 30 biotoxin. Feed the wolf meat and boom. Tamed. I used 30arrows în a 140. Good luck.

Bolas work on wolves my friend and I he picked me up and I had asdendent longneck and shock tranq darts and it was a lvl 105 and not long it was my buddy.

I do not tame them but I prefer using flak or riot Armor use tranqq arrows and a bola to not get killed they can hunt in packs so bring a creature with you you need a rex or spino or use metal hachet and sword and bring a pterdon with nartoticts and beware for pulovia ors sabertooth
