I love this creature <3 my favourite mount in the game good early on tames and end game as they cost no saddle and gets an alpha boost, I have 2 packs all 50-100s and they have taken out many alpha raptors and carnos - a must have mount

Hi here are some tips for direwolves:

1:they have a special ability-deadly bite so be careful when you see some

2:if you see some and don’t have tranqs or meat…..RUN

3:you find them in Arctic,Asgard, and deserts

4:to tame-knock them and stuff them with 10 meat each

5:names:beast-nymeria-moon-Luna-ghost-luca-lucky

6:breeding:make sure you set a timer and get a Maewing-when born go on options on your maewing and press pick up baby amd it will raise the baby in a matter of 1-2 hours

It do more damage and attack is fast

Taming a direwolf isn't as scary as it seems. You just have to pick out a high level one with your spyglass and use an argentavis to drop is into a 1×1 taming pen and it will be stuck.

id you want to tame one the best way is the ice cave

I’ve found an 110 male and it was fully (well kinda) white but with a black back and I’ve knocked that little booger out and left him for 2 ark days and that little f**ker is gone,now I gotta get me and my argentavis crystal that I’ve raised back to the damn snowy place and find another high level. (ARK Mobile) If it's hard to you to tame a high level at outside, just try to kill the highest Direwolf you can find, then take the creature implant. For the example you saw lvl. 300 wolf, just kill it and take the implant from the dropped bag. After that, look at how much ambers needed to revive it, and if you got enough ambers, revive it and you can bola it and tame it easily without distraction at the Obelisk. (Note: This tip isn't effective because you need quite a lot of ambers. I used 32 last time + 45 for the Major Soothing Balm)

When you go exploring the island and come across them, bola the whole lot, and tame all of them. That way you can bring the whole pack with you and protect yourself wherever you go. Upgrade their stats and breed to get great wolves. (On lost island you can find them on the south side of the map)

This is how I did it,

First I separated the pack, than chose a wolf. Bola and tranq darts work just fine. Just don’t let them get to your mount!

To Knock out a Direwolf just grab hin with an Argentavis and Another player Shoots him with tranqdarts or arrows

Wolf's have sorp Teeth and they are pack hunters and they trap their prey .

If you want a dire wolf get it stuck in a Mountain go on top and blast away

Easy to tame these guys in bulk. Just build a stone room with no ceiling, attach a ramp up the wall and run them into the box tranq them out.

to tame it you should pick it up with an archie, bring it away from it's pack and then shoot him nockout

Direwolves are danger they do like 50 damage do not try to kill and liv 7 still can kill you care full hunting and be fast please!

Guys never do what I did so I had a raft and put a trap on it and got to the cold bomie and the direwolves got inside my trap and was happy and when I was happy the direwolves broke my trap broke my bed broke everything but not my raft so do not put wooden walls make stone walls MAKE STONE WALLS MAKE STONE WALLS cuz they can broken wooden walls and make it where it's there's to walls high and do not leave anything open if there no door frame like an bed a storage box or any small animals or any big spaces and if you have anything for me to talk about I can talk more about dinosaur

Go ice cave on mobile if u want some dire wolve.s They can spawn over level 800 in there. But u need to kill it and get its implant WITHOUT harvesting the body than go to an obelisk or use a revival platform and revive it. Than its just like taming a normal dire wolf. :)

Dude if ur on mobile then u NEED to get a wolf from the yeti cave. Here is how to get it at any lv

1. If on a server run in naked and lead a wolf outside the cave climb a ledge and shoot it till it dead and get its implany

2. On sp is a tad bit harder as u see our strat of leading it out wont work as if u leave a cave creatures r refreshed so u gotta kill em in the cave and do same thing
