Hi and today TAMING LESONS so first I'm confused one person said they saw 4 high leveled direwolf on ps4 bolaed them and killed the low levels and then they say tame as much as you can why? Just why? -kiraXwolf

Don't go to the caves where they spawn even on my sp server on Easy they spawn as level 150s naturally in the caves in the north and the bats do too

I personally recommend probably making a mini trap for them so you don't get attacked while trying to tranq them but that's my preference but they are really good in battle so I recommend taming them

These guys are fast, agile and powerful. They can go head on one on one with the smaller Alphas like the Alpha raptor. If you get or breed a pack they can go head on with the Alpha rex and possibly a giga if you play your cards right. They are an all up amazing tame and are definitely worth taming.

Just use a DB on low levels or run

Wolf's are a great team and a great hunter and they are a pack like Raptors and they are a team like wolf's and they both hentr .

Better than the raptor,saber tooth,and terror bird also better stats(unless the others have saddles) they gather better and plus the tlc these or op for an early game tame even helpful mid,late game and pvp

The cold is not for the weak they will find hunt you down and kill you beware

Aparently on mobile if you tame creature from cave

Nothing aggros on it so mobile users DONT REVIVE TAME THEM get in cave kill onycs and tame them there how i know this works its alredy common fact that this works on scorpion megalosaurus spider and arthro plus some dude tamed yeti using admin console on server and it worked on yeti too so yea you want ultimate caving creature? Go to cave and tame one

The only thing I've noticed so far is that the jump is faster then the sprint in some cases but if you are to jump repeatedly just note that you have barely any control and it melts your stamina.

If ur on the island in the ice/strong artifact cave if u sit at the front right before the entrance they can’t attack u so can sit back tranq them and since it’s a cave they r like level 300 + on some of them I think max is four hundred get a pair and breed them good early game and u can go to extinction if u want and do element veins they r small so they don’t get stuck alot still do but they shred the creatures and have a good pack boost I did a 25 k vein with low levels like 230 ish wolfs and they SHRED no dead wolfs and like no damage on veins also good for caves best cave mount on all non water caves in my opinion

they had bad weight but the best tame for getting pelt. but keep that in your mind that bring a nother dino with you to put pelt in its inventory. but for attack and kiil other dinos i prefer direbear. best weight and health and melee damage.

Does anyone’s game on mobile lag so bad when bringing wolves to caves or is it just my game? I was doing a cave run when I suddenly couldn’t switch to third person and my wolf wouldn’t attack for some reason. Tysm if anyone tells me why it happens 😊

They will always come in a packs so bolas are useless because by they time your ready to throw it they’ve already reached you

I go with a shotgun in snow biome kill argy’s get prime meat knock out the wolf and tame

Then i destroy the map

(On mobile) while taming knocked out 2 wolfs, put food but no narcotics ,lost them they just dissapeared from their locations, gived up because it said on dododex it required narcotics (lvl 20 taming speed 1), randomly checked tames few hours later it was tamed

One time I had no pets so I got my first Direwolf it nice but how well I had my tranq Arrows my narcotics raw meat and crossbow and bloa just 2 bloas I put the bloa on my Direwolf it stoped walking I got my tranq arrows and shot it in the face it used 5 tranq arrows in the face I got in the Direwolf inventory and feed it some raw meat I got to sleep my Direwolf tamed and yeah thats is how I got a Direwolf I was on level 27 now I on level 50. Bye the Direwolf level was 28 now level 50.

Find a pack, get off your tame with a loaded harpoon gun with net ammo, Agro them on you and aim at the first one and then run back to your tame with the rest of them following you and kill off the rest. The go back to the one you netted and start shooting it up with tranq ammo or arrows until unconscious. Put food in inventory to tame and it goes pretty fast.
