you can go to the fire wyvern pit on valgerou and go to the place where the sky lord artifact is then place a few torches then bam you can hatch your baby flesh ripper

Taming is easy make a perma or tempa house in white cliffs on the upper platform of the nest let the carbonemys go far the nest the deinos will chase him get down. With your flying dino (pteradon suggested because he has a good speed)steal the egg and go to your house ,keep the egg near standing torches (9-10 torches) and there you go have a fluffy raptor (one of the best attacking creatures in valguero).
