Dark Fate
Dark Fate
Chapter 8
Darkwater perked his ears after drifting off into sleep. What was that noise..? He heard something. SomeONE.
Hurricane, who was coughing in his sleep next to him, had a very nervous look on his face after waking up, too.
"Storm," he said shakely, "are you mind-controlled, or is it really you?"
Father broke off into a fit of wheezing and coughing.
The voice chuckled, or, well, Storm chuckled.
"Sure, I'm Storm, or am I?" Sounded creepy, according to Darkwater.
"Stay back!" Hurricane wheezed. "Don't come near my son!"
"Haha! Those were my exact orders.." A scratching sound came from the boulder. It moved, and crashed down, showing a dark blue wyvern with two small holes in his chest.
Hurricane stood up and walked infront of Darkwater. "Stay back, son," coughing, he looked forward. "Don't move, or I will."
"Will what?" Storm asked, smiling. Darkwater saw something coming up in his throat.. Oh no. He was going to spit water at father!
"Fathe-!"
A huge blast of water, of burning water, flew out of Storm's snout.
Before anyone could react, it pelted Hurricane's face.
Darkwater whirled the water into ice with his Tropical powers and stabbed Storm in the face, a blue blood coated his body as it fell.
"ARGH!" Storm yelled in agony.
"Hello, wyvernet," a female voice snarled from all sides. As he heard flapping sounds, Darkwater shuddered. "Have fun watching your mother DIE! And your little friends, too!"
Darkwater snapped into reality. He glanced at father.
Hurricane sat on the floor, motionless.
