They are so good... they only take with prime meat😄

Not hard to knock out, but you need prime meat or mutton to tame these cute guys. You have to be prepared before you tame a compy, and also slightly lucky. First, use a bird to pick up a compy. I would use a pteradon because they can pick up compys and quickly fly back to base. Then, drop it in a gaming pen or anyone inclosed inside your base. After that you need to look for a source of prime meat near your base, which is hard if your a low level or live somewhere like a beach. I useally do diplodocuses which take a while to kill but they don’t do damage. Finally, fly back to your base, be quick because the prime meat spoils after around 2 minutes. You can put it in your bird or a shoulder mount (make sure it’s a herbivore so it won’t eat the meat!) Go back to base and land in the pen where your wild compy is, take out the meat, and use a crossbow with a tranq arrow to knock out the compy, which useally only takes one arrow. Put your prime meat in him, and you have a new mini raptor!

Watch out if team to with tranq arrows because it may end up dying.

Bola it use Tranq dart gun if you have one and if there are megs near in the water instead of on the beach use a sword and get close and attack

Don't do what I did I went out collecting rocks for some of my crafting projects when a pack of three compys ran up to me and attacked me so I wanted to tame a compy so I killed two of them and Knocked one out and I put some raw meat in his inventory when I realized you can't tame a compy with raw meat and they only stay asleep for like 10seconds and he woke up and ran off with my raw meat and just like that I lost 30 raw meat (I'm on mobile)

Compys are quick but do small damage but your hands will do the job

Tame seems easy but you can only tame it with Prime meat. Punch it with your fist until it breaks down and put the stuff in.

Christ you have no choice but to give them the dabboogon KO when they gang up around you. Besides, they make great pet's. Tame em and leave those ankle biters hidden in the bushes. Proper native style.

Just shoot it once to knock it out then emediatly put 3 raw prime meat in its inventory

If you encounter a Compy in the wild the first thing that you should do is: If you have some prime meat in your inventory or a carnivore tames inventory have it ready because as soon as you make it unconscious its torpor is going to drain extremely fast.These dinos can be very helpful for meat storage.

Use force tame. on it lol lol

DO NOT tame these guys UNLESS you want to waste PRIME MEAT AND MUTTON. I think they should eat normal meat.
