It is a mystery how they make cementing paste, but I want to know why they don’t make it after tamed?!!?

Don't forget to empty the dams when playing on servers. Even if you only need the cp, throw away all other ressources (wood and the likes) from the dam to destroy it. Cp does not regenerate inside spared dams. :)

If you are planning on making Behemoth Stone Dino Gates, GET ONE OF THESE. Their saddle turns them into a portable smithy so you can craft the gates. Their weight reduction of stone and wood will allow you to hold the the 900 of each that you'll need. Tame one of these suckers and put all skill points into weight. Your other option is an argy but they don't reduce wood.

I don’t know why but for some reason every time I tame one of these they die after like 2 days for no apparent reason with no death message. Can someone please explain?

I have my base on an island, surrounded by land usually filled with terror birds, brontos, raptors, rexes, gallilimuses, but also beavers. Gallilimuses, pteradactyls and beavers will hang out at my island. The beavers make their dams on my island and i have a very easy way of getting the stuff:

1. take off all your armor so the beavers dont break it.

2. Make sure there is a bed or something nearby.

3. Turn your tames on passive so they dont attack the beavers.

4. Take the stuff in the beavers' dam.

5. Let the beavers kill you.

6. Respawn and get your stuff back. The beavers wont get mad if you take it from your own inventory

7. Turn your tames back on whatever mode they were on and boom. All done.

Super easy! And you even get some free meat from your corpse

Passive gathers wood. Portable Smithy. Get one easy at the Hidden Lake.

That are great for adventures but get it's health to around 1500 bethor adventures

Beavers get stam in the water

Step one get stimulants as they spawn near swamps and there can boas,

Step two go to a beaver respawn zone

Step three this is optional; a fast mount

Step four locate beaver

Step five locate beaver creek

Step six open creek and quickly loot everything(don’t grab wood as it will slow you down)

Step seven run away and watch all their hard work become yours

If you loot their dams you will get a TON of cementing paste, that is if you are able to get close enough without being torn to shreds...

Best Wood Gatherer and also pretty fast in water!

These things are strong, and can take a full sarco, if I spelt that correct. If you have one chasing you, get it near this beaver and wait a minute, then free prime meat!

Tip for if you are harvesting beaver dams on singleplayer don't kill all the beavers only kill some or none otherwise it will take way longer for the dams to reappear -ofren

Build a small cage that includes water and land, pick a wild one with the argie and drop it in the cage and let it build a dam. Then throw a bola at them and take the stuff out of the dam and get out of the cage

Though they won’t build dams after being tamed they will collect wood if left on wondering.

The argentavis can pick up the beaver as of recent. Up vote for people to see
