Speed to outrun carnos is 107 movement speed

Their is an Island at the top right corner of the map that only has carnos in it.

One attacked me while I was taming a baryonyx. I was able to take it out with a crossbow and pike, but If your any lower level than that you better run around other dinos and hope you have enough stamina.

How to survive attack: find another dino that can attack and go behind it and the carno will go after that run and hide if worked out

I lost my two dire wolfs to this bad boy it was an alpha R.I.P mula and Lola you will be missed

Reminder have a pack of high lvl Dinos or mammals or you will end up with one dire wolf called firefly

Once I got a rex lvl245 and i tryed to kill a carno but the lvl 23 carno won okay

If u ever run into one in the wild just sprint toward the nearest river dive in and attack the carno feet’s and u will be good. You should be fine killing it quick enough underwater with a metal hatchet or pike. 👍

Try to get it stuck in between two trees like I did then kill,tame,or escape it it was stuck for about 5 minutes

Do not run away in a straight line. Use the terrain and make turns to slow its charge.

Rest in piece my pteranodon, tried to run away from these things, a therizinosaurus ended up killing it but it wasn't enough distraction, and it almost killed me though, these things can be a bit fast for players who don't set up traps.

At First it kicked me off my Raptor so I thought that’s what it was but I got a good look at it and realized very quickly that I wasn’t lol but what to do when you find one of these guys is to run to the nearest water swim out it will loose Interest or use a bear trap and kill it

As long as you have a decent tame to combat these guys with they're no problem. For beginning survivors stay far away from them as they can easily outrun and kill you.

I was out killing compies that ambushed me, and when I killed them both, my second carno ambushed me out of nowhere and killed me! I wanted to live up a nice place, but the carno is blocking it. Maybe I’ll go round. No, wait, is… I can go there.

These things spawn in the strong artifact cave(abberation cave)on lost island!

I was on the cliff paralel to the spawn half island on south 1 and there was a carno, at firs i was scared but i took my prime jerky, my tranq stuff and all and tamed her(it was a female) and she is my best buddy, just climb on a rock and shoot, good luck!

If its a pack just haul tail and dont turn back until you hear nothing.
