Step 2. Hit it on the back (DONT GO NEAR THE HEAD!!!)

Step 3. When it starts running chase it

Step 4. Shove about 80 or 60 meat in it

Step 5. Feed it narcoberries from time to time (optional)

Step 6. Enjoy Ur new monster

If u go to the swamps and take a high bellez bufo Then find a carno and hit him until he runs away after being all tuff and all and then falls unconscious tame him or if there’s a low level carno like a level 1 and you have 500 health like me punch em so hard till he falls unconscious this ain’t. Gonna get many upz well cya

Enough about traps, wasting arrows- using difficult to get dinosaurs at beginner levels.

Get to level ten.

Get berries, mejoberries 100 and throw it in your last slot. Mkay? Stay with me.

Run to the flat lands, look at a zebra/horse. Jump on it and feed it every thirty second till tame.

Run over to carno island and tame your self a goddamn carno.

For glass cannon build suck as my self here are some great tips.

1. Trike on stand by.

2. A full health club. Hit in the face a bunch.

3. Feed it and your good to go.

If this stupid off brand cow lizard hybrid comes after you just find a bronto or sum strong that won’t aggro on to you and book it, if there is no brontos around for what ever reason then find a group of trikes and you’ll be good

This monster doesn’t deserve being tamed. Kill it.

On ark mobile they have a bleed attack

DO NOT USE A BOLA. THIS APPLYS TO BARYONYX, CARNO AND ALL LARGER DINOS. Also, by the time you can get a carno, a bary may be a better allround, however to deal with a carno, use tranq (to knock it for taming) or standard arrows with a good bow (upgraded regular or crossbow) or even a stronger alternative. Be sure to have a fast tame at standby or movement speed high incase you are not trapping the carno. The much rarer alpha version can spawn too, which is much more dangerous and cannot be knocked out or tamed, so be sure to look at its size and its glowing aura to make sure its an alpha (They are larger and glow orange) if you are facing one.

When you first play ark these guys look so intimating and scary, you wanna tame one of them so so bad then as time goes on you understand how mid it is. It isnt rare,it doesnt have that high of hp or dmg,their eggs arent that great for taming dinos with eggs but alright kibble i guess. Now you might be wondering "well...thats not a lot and most dinos are the same". You wouldnt be wrong but the thing is there is actually not much to rank a midddle to large sized carnivore on,you wont use them for harvesting or day to day chores but only really for dmg output stuff like bosses
