5)You Have got it..
HOW TO TAME A CARBONEMYS AT LEVEL ONE
1. Weaponry
at level one, all you have to knock out creatures is your bare hands. However, if you managed to kill something, there is a chance it can drop items, slingshots are notable.
2. Tactics
Fists
Punch the Carbonemys head on. When it's neck moves, move to the right.
Ranged weapons
Shoot from a distance. If it gets close, turn around, run for about 5 seconds, and start firing again. (While firing, move backwards.)
3.Food
Carbonemys prefer regular kibble, but obviously, we don't have that at level one. So mejoberries will have to do.
You might need narcoberries depending on the level.
4. Congratulations!!
You did it! You now have a Carbonemys, without a single xp point.
You can use a slingshot to tame these but using tranqs are useless un less they are level 450
Use a a slingshot and if it gets close back away because they are slow. When knocked out feed berry's and easy tame and good for protecting you and your dinos
For mobile: Just wack it with a club and put mejoberries aka purple berries in it and also some narco berries to keep it asleep. Simple as that. Literally.
The best way i did it was by getting tranq arrows and use 5 tranq arrows u can use crops and farm crops like carrots ( rockarrots) and get them its like 14 rockarrots or u can use berries because when you give it berries it will give u a bonus and make your tame easy
This guy Easy To tame
Step 1 shot This guy with NORMAL arrow
Step to shot hem with tranq arrow and RUUN and shot and RUUN
early game you can tame one level up its health and put it on passive so if you find a hostile creature you want to tame let the hostile creature attack the turtle while you tranq it out
Tea leaves wouldn’t even recognize as taming food on my map (Crystal isles Unofficial PC server) just use Mejo and save yourself the disappointment.
I always tame these guys using a slingshot. I shoot them right on their heads till it’s unconscious and give them a bunch of mejoberries and just in case i always give them narcoberries even if their torpor drops so slow.
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO KNOCK OUT ONE OF THESE GUYS HIT IT IN THE BUTT REPEATEDLY that helped with me at least
It was later killed by a baryonyx…
This isn't fast... But they are awsome when the matter is defending... Also I recommend tame 1 then kill 3 to get those Chitine to make his saddle... Then u can tame tose raptors.. They are so big that those raptors won't be able to touch u... This is fantastic
Remember when u want to kill it u have to stay in high place or this will knock u down
I want to pet him because I need some animals to protect me
Tamed 4 or something of these dudes or girls whatever their all girls anyway)
1.slingshot with 20+ stone may need a lot to ko
2. Give it berries (I use the blue berries)
3.Protect the tame from dilos etc
4. You have your tame hopefully
They're very good for breeding. Just get a crossbow and tranq arrows, since they move very slowly you really only need to walk backwards while shooting it in the end.
Do spin on the animal with a bat and it's easy to find a good level
These guys are a must-tame for new players. They have tons of health, can swim and can be ridden as well. Do be careful though, hit it while trying to KO it and run! These turbo turtles will give chase and attack you. Use a slingshot to do the deed.
If it's above lv 80 you NEED to use a tranq bow/crossbow, these are good tanks and get less damaged on their shell.
The neck, the head and the legs are the only body parts that do not take less torpor
On the island if you go up the hill you can usually find these guys and they’re easy to tranq (if your a beginner then even slingshots work) they’re really slow on land and so that’s why I’d prefer to find them up on the mountain, just make sure to bring rocks with you
