Taming & KO Tips
How do I tame a carbonemys? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a carbonemys.
The easiest way to knock one of these guys out is to hit them with a sling shot then run away from the water. Make shure to stay in their sight when you do this. Once they are far enough from the water go out of their sight until they start walking away. Then go up to them and start hitting them in the head with a club, and for some reason they won't attack you until they reach the water!
I suggest using a slinghot, crossbow, bow if you have tranq arrows for the bow and slingshot you can but take some time -_-
The best way i did it was by getting tranq arrows and use 5 tranq arrows u can use crops and farm crops like carrots ( rockarrots) and get them its like 14 rockarrots or u can use berries because when you give it berries it will give u a bonus and make your tame easy
They a re a really good tank and if u get a master craft bow from the hunt dilophosaurus task and 2-5 tranq arrows and some mejoberries you are set
Hi I have 3 of these!! THEIR AWESOME really easy to tame and I counted u need 20-27 stones with a slingshot! Very good tame for beginners! Get up on a rock and just shoot it with the slingshot!
Like for beginners/noobs to see this
I hope this helped <3
This is an very easy tame just get like 4 tranq arrows and 4 narcotics and 100 mejos
Really easy early game tame. Just shoot a slingshot at it’s heat and walk backwards. Feed it mejoberries once it’s down, and you have a really good early game tank.
Walk backwards and shoot in the face with slingshots. Be careful of them running away into water for they will drown
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO KNOCK OUT ONE OF THESE GUYS HIT IT IN THE BUTT REPEATEDLY that helped with me at least
It was later killed by a baryonyx…
Use a wood building make stairs shoot them form top and tame they can’t destroy wood
So one of these suckers was chasing me so I ran into house (lvl 16 F.Y.I.)
And it started to destroy my home so I went to face it, I grabbed my pick and tried to kill’em but when he was running away I got my club and knocked him out cold. Now in the process or taming’em but it’s taking like 20 million years to tame but it will be worth it. (P.S. I’m taming with the yellow berries)
I want to pet him because I need some animals to protect me
For mobile: Just wack it with a club and put mejoberries aka purple berries in it and also some narco berries to keep it asleep. Simple as that. Literally.
This creature can and will try to kill u to tame it you must try and get its head stuck in a corner to nock it out and then you will need to feed it lots of berrys
Known to be the fastest way of travel across the island.

The carbonemys can be knocked out with a metal pick/axe. This makes it easier than wasting narcotics and arrows just to knock it out
How to tame a turtle
Step one: Get a bow/slingshot and shoot till it’s ko’ed
Step two:Give it mejoberries
Step three:Name it
Step four:Make a saddle(the saddle is pretty expensive)
Step five:Level it
And your done
Carbonemys are pretty good First tames for me the easiest way to tame these turtle bois is to slingshot them a bunch and run away when he gets close
Knocking these guys out can be a roller coaster usually slingshots are the best idea for beginners because you shoot them and when they start running away you knock them out with a club (this does not work with arrows and bows but you can make them sleep with Tranqs)
