Anyone hate megapirahnna I suggest tame carbonamys it's good against them

ESSENTIAL for metal runs early game due to their weight limit. Bring 2 or more and you have a portable storage box

The slingshot work pretty well. (P.s dilophosaurus are a big help.)

If you want to tame one, just get 1-3 bolas and a club, then hit it until it gets knocked down.

You can also use a iron axe, but you can end up killing it accidentally.

Do not even dare to use your fists to knock it down.

The first thing I die to is this darn turtle. 😤

They can be knocked out by snakes but would like three hits, but I have four of them and they are CRAZY FRICKING AWESOME! They wrecked a sarco!!!

The easy way to knock them out as a new player is to just keep hitting them with the slingshot untill there knocked out then feed them the purple berries (Mojoberries)

I tamed a Male and a female and bred them. I hatched the egg, and I thought, oh, cool, a YELLOW CARBONEMYS!

Lvl 13 me with a bow and slingshot. Also has close to 30 Carbonemys. (Trys to kill a bronto) LOL NOOB!

Great for harvesting biotoxin... Just a coupke can wipe out a group without getting knocked out and u just have to pick them apart when they are done

Don't, hit it randomly... It may be slow but they'll never stop coming at you. I was killed by one I hit on my first day at South zone. (I was killed at West zone 3)

The easiest tame as its slow you can tranq it

If you give it beer and walk backwards it will take barely any damage

Okay if you want to take him easily your gonna have to craft a slingshot and get between 30-50 rocks and shoot the carbonemys when it’s knocked out give it berries,crops now you have a carbonemys this is for the lower level ones your welcome!!

You can hop on them and ride them

They are good bullet soaker get 30 of them more is better get them at least 3k health or more then get them into the turret range first and then run at their turret tower or their generator with c4 and blow it up trust me it’s a good strategy

Try not to attack the shell if you are on a new world because it will absorb the damage and kill you.

For players new to the game, being chased by dillos is not fun. I don’t have to worry about that anymore, but for all you new people: when you see a dilophosaur, jump onto the tail of a medium-high level Carbonemys and climb up then ride on the untamed turtle while it deals with your dilo problem.
