This creature is the best but I suggest bringing even more blood packs +25 percent

I tamed a lvl 25 and it took 202 blood packs to tame it happy taming guys

When running through the bog always take a couple of blood bags so if 1 reels you in you can tame it

Further does the taming multiplier not count ATM this is likely a bug but you need to use the official rates(933 for a lvl 150)

These creatures might look like spiders but they can walk on water like Jesus Christ(so they are allowed to be called perfect)

Seem like 800 for a 140.... I think that’s a bit much.

If the bloodstaker is low level I recommend not to bring any tames your going to let it kill I tame a lv5 with just around 70 blood bags. May sound like a lot it’s not.

When your tribe owns an owl let one sit next to you and heal the one who is taming the bloodstalker. Works perfect and no additional bloodpacks are needed

With the new bug that makes you keep dropping you, you should getting climbing hooks or grappling hook to get you close to the blood stalker have your blood pack ready then bam tame

Amazing creature bug with diving though on ps4 it can glide by pressing r1 but I recommend pressing l1 and then r1 and hold both of them so you dont go into first person

My best advice get a little bit over the requirements happened to me and my items where stuck in a tree

Make sure to get in close range to grab you and pull you otherwise you end up like me currently if u in the edge of distance range you will get pulled but also dropped which is annoying recommended to use grappling hooks and parachutes to get close and just in case the bloodstalker keep dropping you. I’ve only just started genesis and I’m on a friends server which gives you decent XP and buffs and I still struggle to tame this bastard

The things were practically made for aberration use in combo with a light pet and mushroom brews along with hazard or a lamprey to get drake eggs fast

You can pull in microraptors! So satisfying...

If u want to teleport with a wild dino that's got grabbed from your bloodstalker it wouldn't teleport with u

A level 145 took 270 blood bags

If you have issues with frame rate on ps4 at least try turning off vsynch mode in the options menu it works for me. No stutters anymore while riding bloodstalker.

When raising a baby bloodstalker keep your snow owl out so you can use it to regenerate your health faster after a blood transfusion. Easiest way to fill your bloodstalker up and free up time. They eat blood way slower than meat but get way more health from it.

Knock this thing down off the tree by shooting it with something, once it falls down stay a distance away from it so it’ll reel you in, then I guess stay in your menu so bugs don’t go and screw you up

Pro Taming Tip:

Before you tame him with bloodpacks, give him 2-3 health leveled ovis.

The efficiency will get higher with this trick. Try it.
