How do I kill a bloodstalker? bloodstalker battling strategies in ARK: Survival Evolved.
You’ll find them hiding on the giant trees under the branches preying on some of the wild life. 70 70 is a good place to look for them if you’re having trouble but watch out, they’ll snatch up your tames when you least expect it. RIP moschops

From what we know, the bloodstalker will be a creature that roams the new bog biome in Genesis. Rather than riding it with a saddle, the bloodstalker will grab you underneath it’s abdomen and attach itself to you in a sort of symbiosis. When attached you will gain buffs such as night vision among other things. However, the shining feature of this creature is its ability to shoot webs which can be used to pull creatures or people in or to swing from place to place. You'll spot these hanging from a tree,
Blood-sucking spiders, sometimes come

Be wary of The Bog roots and ground,

When I saw this I thought it was a plant so I hit it with a pick, I learned the hard way it is really a not-so-plant bloodsucking machine.
They are on genesis 2! Coords: 71/05
I play on a 10x server, so i thought it would be pretty easy to tame these creatures... i waent looking for them with 250 bloodpacks. (wich is a lot more than Dododex suggests.) I have found a lvl 130 Bloodstalker and it grabbed me... the first 20 seconds i thought i would be ok... but when a minute lasted, i saw it was only at 20%, and it consumed around 75 bloodpacks. I knew i wouldn't make it... so i jumped off. And now my dino is dead... maybe, just maybe, if you take a look at the x10, you might also see the consume rates... maybe the speed has been multiplied.. when i did that on dododex, i suddenly needed around 700 bloodpacks.... makes sense to me.. give it a "^" so people can see this... If it catches you punch it and it will let you go I learned from experience it killed me before I knew that trick :(
My first time finding this blood sucking monster were completely by mistake i was run from a bary an boom 💥 i start flined into it grubby mits and I actually tame it 😅 it was a descent level to (pls like)
There may be big trees about everywhere in the bog but bloodstalkers only spawn around 70 70.
Stalkers + fire = dead stalker. They can't use webs while on fire. Do this and they're trash to fight against. Can't pick people. Can't get away. Best tactic when facing someone who's pvping with one is flamethrower.
Even their flak can't save them from this nightmare cause it bypasses armor, does no dura dmg and you get a pristine backup kit to use and not have to repair it on the go. I wouldn't even plant z cause they're even more helpless trying to figure out how to get away while mounted and panicking than on foot.
When trying to tame watch out for ones stuck inside branches. Ark will instantly kill it if tamed for meshing
When raising babies on a cliff platform they will fall through the structure when players are not in render distance and starve to death. Including if you log off.
They spawn on the huge trees at around 70 70
Be careful when vibing in the swamp as in pne moment you harvesting wood next moment your being kidnapped.
75 75 is the best spot for looking for these guys just look up into the giant trees for a bit with yer spy glass and you'll find one ez
