Ghillie and bug repalent still managed to get eaten use broth of enlightenment it makes this much easier I learned the hard way

To the people who say they only take broth of enlightenment suck a d bc they take spoiled meat

I was the swamp cave encountered two of them i was my bary my bary was lvl 143 375+ mele 2600 hp they were lvl 300+ i killed one off them and ended up run home with the artifact long story short when you encounter two or more in a cave especially the swamp cave run home don't fight them cuz your dino will die

Remember these guys can melt through your armor! try to avoid fighting them one on one or attempt to shoot it from far away.

Here is very simple taming tutorial.

1. Craft Ghillie set if possible.

2. Must use Bug Repellent.

3. Take Spoiled Meat for fast tame.

(Optional) Take it's Saddle with you.

4. Go for Central Cave (near volcano "39.6--46.9")

5. Use Bug Repellent and enter in the hell.

6. The first creature you will see is your Arthro.

7. Don't worry about other creatures just get a little bit close to it & start feeding it.

8. Yeah buddy, now you have An Electric Vehicle for any caves.

people have been saying that nothing will attack it, what about a giga?

I know people are saying their arthros are getting aggroed on, but the no aggro only works if you tamed it IN a cave. Same with the scorpions. If you tame it outside of a cave, you’re still going to get attacked.

Found in almost every caves except the underwater , Lava and Snow (they don't like extreme weather I guess) easiest taming methods lure it into water and let it sink to bottom, no oxygen stat so won't drown, go and feed it spoiled meat, tame it , put a saddle and get out :)

Drop in water and you don’t need big Repellant as it’s passivr

Best tame to use in Ice Cave as it does not get aggro'd by the creatures just like ichty. Easy Ice cave raid

arthros are really easy to tame if you have a pulmonoscorpius, it grants you the stealth needed to do the passive tame (i think that araneos do that too but they're harder to catch and their saddle unlocks way later). you can just search the highest level arthro in the cave and stock up on rotten meat while doing so, just keep in mind that the saddle unlocks at level 54 and there's not much of a point in keeping one before having a saddle

1 put a ghillie suit on.

2 camp in a bush nearby enemy base.

3 use the poison ball spit attack on base

Great for being annoying to bases as it can even damage tek

U need this no cave dino attackes it so you can farm artifacts and tribute it to an obelisk and grind it in industrial grinder

Drop it with a flier in a 1x1 3 walls high and feed through wall face to face. No bug repellent or ghili needed

this is only good for multiplayer level up or find high levels so you can use them for raids 😁👍

Kill everything around it. Where your best gillie. Use Cactus Broth & Bug Repellent. Always use Broth of Enlightenment to tame. Always crouch. Enjoy!
