This guy unlike Araneo will not agro even if it attacks

Dodo is wrong about amount of tranq arrows needed (crossbow). Lvl.19 arthro, it states 1 headshot or 3 hits. It took me about 15 and it died, thankfully. Boy did I freak out after the fifth arrow... I was running naked in the woods

Useful for raids carry one in a cryopod and throw it out at someone’s base bye bye to their tek wall.

These are actually great for all the caves except for the Northwest one I haven't had any luck getting anything to fit!

These are like the best tame in the game. They are super easy to tame but most importantly the stealth thing I’d god! I did all of the caves with this, you don’t have to do anything just skitter by a Rex and it won’t even care!

I revived mine at an obelisk and they are pretty scary to tame tbh. Had to bring 2 bug repellants one for my argy that i left behind a rock in case i aggroed the arthro and had to run. Idk about it in caves but if revived they will move around unpredictably while taming. Approach it from the side to feed it, its feeding hitbox only works on its upper half so you cant feed it from the tail but going for the head is also pretty bad because when it moves again its probably going to touch you and start attacking

I just tamed one of these guys and it's pretty meh with everything except cave runs

What you need: Spoiled Meat/Broth, Cryopod.

Go to the bottom of the lake in the south cave and they will be down there. They don’t move or attack when in the water. Feed it and cryo it and run like hell outta there.

Guess what! In real life, the arthropleura was a docile herbivore that would only attack if provoked!

Tame 50 have two walls on your base have three gigas and those fifty then no one is getting in your bed

Ranged attacks will be your best friends. All of this creatures attacks shred armor durability. Attacking it with melee will also destroy your weapons durability as well as damage you. It's like stabbing a corrosive spike wall. If you are using a tame make sure it has high health or a way to heal quickly.

The easiest way to tame it is using Pulmonoscorpius!

Use a saddle on your magnificent Pulmonoscorpius, go to the cave with a number of spoiled meat and go near it. Feed it on scorpion back and boom now you have your god damn killing machine

Grab it with wyvern and throw it in Water, easy tame

These are rlly easy to tame, all you have to do is give it a soothing balm rooten meat or broth of envriment (idk how to spell that) raw meat also works.

They are also good in caves everithing will ignore u even if u Touch it.

Nothing attack you even if you enter with it in a cave (already tamed in another cave)?

I found out why this mofo breaks my damn armor in no time!

If you hit any Arthro by melee it will return 50% of the damage you dealt to him which is the reason why players get destroyed in one or two hits along with armor your high damage melee weapon can kill you(maybe in just one hit if you wep damage is higher than your health) in a fight against an arthropleura so that’s the reason why it is recommended to fight with your strongest ranged weapon
