Chapter 34: Sunset
Part 1/3
“I’m really sorry,” Skyler apologized to Rick for like the hundredth time.
By now Skyler had finally seemed to realize the weight of her actions and had maken up for it with a hundred apologizes to Rick.
“Really, it’s okay,” Rick reassured her, “It was a moment of tension. There’s no way you could’ve done anything to stop it.”
Samuel was leaning against the weird metal beam in the middle of the metal platform.
“I have to capitalize on this,” Samuel thought. Then he spoke up.
“Skyler,” Samuel said, “From what we’ve seen, I think it’s safe to say this obelisk is not here to empower us, but to endanger us. Clearly that was the case with the grenade.”
“Mmm, he’s not wrong,” Neddy commented, “You think that came from the obelisk?”
“Yes. I am sure it did,” Samuel replied, “Just remember that even if the obelisks could give its power to us, it may not have a reason to. There’s good reason to believe that this place was designed.”
“Designed?” Paige asked with a raised eyebrow. A bead of sweat dripped from Rick’s face.
“What… Do you mean by that?” Rick asked.
“Well just look at the implants in our wrists,” Samuel said, putting emphasis on our, “Where could they have come from? And I’m sure you’ve all received that message, the one before the obelisks rose from the soil. The one that claims strength comes from the death of others.”
Everyone nodded in agreement.
“So, why not the obelisk go against us? Why give us its power?” Samuel asked, “I still believe your book is trustworthy, Skyler, don’t worry. It’s just that gaining its power may not be so easy. That’s why we NEED to find Tiffany, and find the original book. Maybe they’re connected in some way.”
“I agree with him,” Aurora interjected, “We just need more information about these obelisks, you know? I am totally onboard with the idea. We need to find Tiffany.”
Skyler sighed for a moment, thinking about what to say next, before nodding yes.
“Okay. We’ll go find her.”
Samuel smiled.
“Great. I’m glad we reached a compromise,” Samuel added on. He turned to the others, “What about the rest of you?”
“Of course,” Neddy answered.
“Sounds like a good plan, I guess,” Ruby said.
“Sure.”
Everyone had decided to go with Samuel’s plan.
“Wait, hold on,” Rick said, “Sunny hasn’t come back yet and it’s been a while.”
“Uh oh,” Skyler said, her face turning dark, “That’s- not good.”
“Should we go find her?” Paige asked.
“Of course!” Samuel replied, “We need to, we can’t leave anyone behind. Let’s split up into pairs and spread out. And by an hour past nightfall we shall come back here and regroup next to the entrance of the obelisk.”
“Pairs?” Aurora asked, her head jolting to Samuel, “Samuel-”
“I’ll be going with Rick, if that’s fine with him,” Samuel said, putting a hand on his shoulder. Rick jolted up, and took a glance at Skyler. He turned to Samuel and nodded.
“Yeah, not a problem.”
“Of course I’ll be going with Ruby,” Neddy said.
“Girl, I think you’re lacking a partner,” Paige said with a sly smile, “Why don’t we pair up?”
“And what about me? Should I just-” Skyler was interrupted by Samuel.
“Skyler, I believe you should stay behind and recollect your thoughts. You look like a mess.”
“But I-”
“Listen to the man, Skyler,” Paige sneered, “We don’t want another accident happening.”
Skyler looked solemn, but ultimately agreed.
“Okay. I’ll see you guys soon.”
Everyone walked off in their groups to find Sunny.
-Under the waves- #1
A small female plesiosaur darted under the water, swimming at top speed. She jumped out of the waves and dives back down just as a dart was shot at her. It hit her but wasn’t enough to knock her out, so she kept swimming down, terrified. The humans were gaining on her, and she knew she couldn’t fight them. She kept swimming untill she was too tired to move, and the humans caught up. She snapped at the humans, and a mounted megalodon got a bit too close. She grabbed the human off it’s mount and thrashed it around, swimming down again. The muffled screams stopped as she was going down and she dropped it in her haste to get away. Then, suddenly the people stop the megalodons and ichyasoars surfaced. They had run out of oxygen. She too was needing some, but she was able to wait another hour before needing to surface. When there were no humans nor rafts in sight, she sighed in repeat, attempting to calm her pulse. -“Don’t stop now, keep going, your not safe yet.”- the plesiosaur thought. And so she kept swimming. Her name was pearl, and she didn’t know it yet, but her life would get even stranger, where she would meet more freinds and more enemies.

The Legend of Ellanora (Ep3)
The next morning, Ella awoke to see a giga outside her camp. She vaguely remembered them being a threat before the outbreak, but now, they were basically puppies. She held out her hand, and it began sniffing her palm. She giggled. She felt as though she liked animals. “I’ll call you... Gigabyte.” The giga looked up at her and wagged its tail. “Who’s a good giga?” Ella exclaimed, and Gigabyte wagged harder. Ellas stomach growled. “I guess we need to get some food, huh?” Gigabyte nodded and ran toward some nearby bushes, maybe she wanted Ella to follow? She did, and Gigabyte led her to some berries. They sat and ate for a few, before a sound came from behind a rock. A shadow loomed over the muddy ground. Another human. Ella hid in the bushes, fearing it was one of the people who woke her. The footsteps were light, they weren’t to big of a person. Maybe Ella could fight them off, she felt she had experience. The footsteps grew ever closer...
Rathalos (S2 Ep3 Pt2)
“Easier to communicate since Hazel doesn’t understand anythin’ but English apparently.” The doedic finished. The doedic? “Names Diablo.” “Y-you c-can t-t-t-“. “Yes. He can with a collar. Now your wolf needs one so move along. Thank you for... greeting us Hazel. Riker! Come on!” Riley said. A very confused Riker followed after weakly waving to Hazel. A few minutes later they arrived in a smallish room where Rathalos was equipped with a glowing, black, collar. “This is... oddly comfortable.” Rathalos... said? Thought? Echoed? “What the..? Why..?” She said, obviously new to this talking businesses. “You’re fine, wolf. Get used to it.” Riley said. “I’ll give you two a minute.”
“So... I can talk?” Rathalos said. A slightly more confused Riker answered (quite professionally) “I guess.”

Part 4: ammonite
The ammonite, is well… interesting! The tentacles could be used for food, the shells could be used in heavy armor, the liquid they spit out is used for darts, and potions that cause creatures around you to go rampant! Finally the whole body could be a backpack! Well… there really isn’t a lot more to say! Come on Walker, you had plenty of options with a regular ALLOSAURUS, then this! Anyways, perhaps making a flamethrower like weapon with the poison sack, could be used to get wild creatures to a certain point! That would make getting creatures into traps way easier, and could help to cause wild creatures to attack creatures they are normally passive to, in order to clean away a area fast! You could probably also use that poison sack similarly to a water skin! Maybe you could use the potion to lure rare creatures to you, like death worms, if your out hunting for they’re horns! Well if I could think of anything more I would… oh! You could make little boat for an egg or a shoulder mount! Well time to name this thing! You shall be called: squides, ammonium!

Disgusting is all I say!!! A tribe decided that I would swim and get some ammonite liquid for them! I just wish I could scream in there faces: FUC* YOU!!! God FU*KING dammit! I even did as they said! Swam down to the “deep”! They said it was way to deep for them to go down there, they would be crushed by the pressure! All I thought of was, well heck then the same would happen to me, RIGHT!?! Well at least it will be to see them get bombarded by an army of angry mobs! My plan is: get ammonite liquid, swim to my base, make special darts and finally, shot them with sed special darts! Plain and simple (I thought)! Turns out that ammonites inhabit the same area as… the ALPHA MOSO!!! (This was not the last time I met him)! But I get the liquid, get up barely making it with both of my legs, only making it with one foot… when I see it I simply say in a calm voice: “AaAaaAAaaAaAaAaAaaaaAaAaaAaAaaAaAaAHhHhhHhHhhHhHhHHh!!!!!!!!!!!!” Yes, completely calm! That was the last time I ever go swimming without a mount! I walk to my base, or jump home! When I arrive tho, bet I’ll make a better foot!

Airborne
A rock drake named Sila was holding the eggs as she walked nearer the cliff. “You never got a chance to live,” she said with tears in her eyes. She crushed a human while walking. She put her flock’s eggs down near the cliff. She cries for a moment. She started jumping. “I can do this! Toka chose me!” She said. She let out a sob, then quickly let it in. “I AM A RUTHLESS KILLER WITH A RUTHLESS KILLER’S HEART!” She said to motivate herself. She put the eggs in one spot. She gave them a push, and they fell off the cliff. She heard splats. She looked down. The eggs were open with rock drakes covered in blood.
When she got back everyone was congratulating her. “Good job,” Toka said. “YOU DID GREAT SIS!” Alliak, Sila’s brother, roared. He beckoned her over and whispered, “I know it was hard for you Sila, but I didn’t think you could do it. Did you make a clean job of it?” Sila nodded. She was about to become the flock’s official killer. The last one got strangled by namelesses. She dreamt of it. But she never knew how bad it felt.
Sila was about to go to sleep when she saw a reaper. “Run, run away and never return, Sim- I mean Sila,”it said. She slashed it and it ran away. She leapt and glided. She got lower and picked it up. She hesitated. “DROP ME!” It said. She let go. She landed. The reaper was covered in blood. “You passed the test. You are a true killer.” It said hoarsely. It coughed out blood. It died. The whole time it was dying Sila’s mouth was open.

Once upon a time there was an ammonite he saw I powerful looking stone then he ate it little did he know it was element he grew to a he size of an alpha mosa the alpha tuso was born he thought he was the same so he breed with his kind his genes were stronger but the child was half his size then the cycle went on some were as big as the first tuso but then the next gen was the small
Rathalos S1 Ep3

Riker and the She-Wolf were relaxing at the hidden lake, gathering supplies and enjoying the breeze, until Riker was edjected from the She-Wolfs back by a raptor, it held her, and she could only watch as the She-Wolf was swarmed... Everything went red. All she could remember was the aftermath of the fight, a dozen bodies surrounded her, not all of them belonging to raptors. Tears streamed her eyes as she knelt by the She-Wolf, and she noticed a green glow underneath her thick fur. A creature implant, belonging to... Rathalos. Was that the She-Wolfs name? It didn’t matter. She would not allow the She-Wol-... She would not allow Rathalos to fall like this. No matter the costs, she would bring her back. She was willing to give her breath.
