Walker 's Story Part Eight

While Siyu gunned down birds with his new bow, Walker taught his new pego a few tricks. It was really good at stealing. It was fun, sending it to climb up Siyu's back and steal the arrow he was about to grab before he could notice, and watch his confusion as he looked for it. But Siyu didn't think so. Eventually, he couldn't take it anymore and told him to go home. Him, and his new friend. When he got to the house, it was dawn. He immediately new something was wrong. The door was ajar. The cook was gone. The animals were unsettled. He was startled by the snap of a twig behind him. A man wearing Roman leigonaire armor walked out of them bushes. " Hello, Christopher." As if the Roman pike and armor wasn't enough, Christopher's next words were, " Who the heck are you?" " I am Vauis Nerva, commander of the Red Leigon and wielder of the Red Pike." " Let me guess, your going to give me the same old 'join the darkside' routine?" " No, I'm just going to capture you and torture you for information. That is, it you survive this." He pulled out a pike and lunged forward at Walker, who knocked out to the side with a swing of his claws. He then swung down, but Nerva rolled to the side. The battle began. Their weapons were a flurry of silver, as both of opponents tried to get their blade into the other's flesh. Both sustained many injuries, and both wouldn't back down. Nerva stabbed his weapon through Walkers heel, and Christopher cut a scar across his eye. The battle had lasted until noon, when Walker fell. Tired from blood loss, his legs couldn't handle the weight of the battle, much less himself. He looked wearily up, and saw Nerva raising his blade. He was now to much of a nuisance to question. " so this is how it ends" he thought. But then, he heard a screech of anger, and a shout of pain. He looked and saw Bandito, his Pego, clawing and Nerva's greatest wound: a slash mark across his stomach. He bellowed in pain, and a Argentinavis came and picked him up. Bandito fell of and landed on the floor. The last thing he saw before looking consciousness was Siyu running toward him.
I like yur ideas for a sequel/alternate, Apex! I’m so sorry my story couldn’t end sooner so you could start writing. I remember saying the story was almost over, which it is, just not… exactly. I apologize to those waiting for the next chapter, I’ve been kinda distracted… *hides three separate fanfics behind back* but it will come soon. Hopefully.
But when my story is over, you can 100% write whatever yu want. The Obelisk itself is an alternate to something I’ve been working on.
Yeah, a new, better version of The Obelisk is in the works. I have to finish this one first, though, yeah I know 😅
So, ok, I’ll try to stop playing Among us and looking at memes for authors and try to write another sentence of the next chapter. Trust me.

Just read 73 and 74. I really liked 73, it was a good story piece to make Crimson feel like she's a character you can have sympathy towards. 74 was also really good, but its a cliffhanger so I am back to waiting for 75 to see what happens next. This book your writing is incredible!!!!! Keep up the awesome, addictive story you writing!!!
