Xiphactinus are fast, powerful aquatic mounts and pack hunters that can carry smaller creatures and overwhelm larger prey when coordinated. They can briefly travel on land, making them versatile map traversers, but suffer damage if they remain out of water too long. They are glass cannons, however, and vulnerable to certain small water birds that can kill them quickly.
