If you want an alpha wyvern I think you can find alpha wyvern eggs and hatch them normally but when they grow up you need a saddle I think

Everyone’s saying to use wyvern milk to raise the baby’s but I’ve always used raw meat and it’s always worked for me.

I want to let you all know do not steal Ice Wyvern eggs on Lost Island because the trench is so buggy that the eggs fall through the world and the Ice cave in there is even worse let's just say if you walk in there you are going to fall through the world and if you fly in there you will die on your mount it does the same thing in Tek.

TIP FOR GETTING A WYVERN

if you want a wyvern you will need a Desmodus because wyverns don't attack them since they drink blood like the Blood crystal wyvern.

The Desmodus as a bat like thing for all those people who want or need a wyvern.

AND DONT FORGET DRAGON MILK!!!

and if you want more always go to ARKIDs (not the fancy one because it costs money and if you don't do the fancy one its free[maybe?)

On 3x it will take 3 milk to get you wyvern to juvenile

Just go in creative and steal it and they can't attack you :D this is my first tip so I wouldn't mind if u up :D

Use 8 stone behemoth gateways and 2 gates to trap female wyverns for wyvern milk to feed your kidnapped wyvern. You can use tranq darts and a longneck rifle to knockout the wyvern. Use a pterodon that can outrun the wyvern or use a desmos bat at night because of its ability to camouflage to get the egg. Desmos bat is only on fjordur.

If you want to imprint your wyvern but don’t have (or want to get) wyvern milk, simply cryopod the wyvern then take it out (this works on any tame). After this its imprinting task will most likely change to something else like take it for a walk, or cuddle with it. Also for people raising a wyvern for the first time, it takes quite a while, and you have to imprint it twice (it gives 50% each time). Also an extra thing, you can’t feed a wyvern meat until it’s fully grown. When it’s growing up you can only feed it wyvern milk. I would have a Daeodon just in case it starves or gets attacked, but I’ve raised a few wyverns and none of their food depleted before they were fully grown, so you can most likely leave it in a safe place and you’ll be fine. I would still have a Daeodon ready to passive heal it just in case though. (One final thing, I believe it takes over 3 hours to grow, and it’s 2 imprinting stages come after around the 1st hour spent, and the 2nd hour spent).

Fun fact they do not REQUIRE milk to be raised one can be raised without anything. However if you want the imprint bonus you have to use the milk most times.

If you spawn a male and female alpha wyvern you can breed them

I recommend a griffin when you are trying to steal wyvern eggs. They are fast and with there speed boost there perfect to run away.

I did not get wyvern milk but you can force feed it any meat and it will heal up and so you don’t have to struggle as much as I used to

The net projectile from Genesis Part 2, Lost Island, and Fjordur works on wyverns. Easiest way imaginable to trap a wyvern and blast it to your heart’s content, letting you steal the milk with ease. You can even blast them if they’ve aggro’d to you to give yourself a 60 second timer to run. So damn easy compared to the olden days of making goofy traps with no effect on the wyverns whatsoever.

In Ragnarok, use a rhyniognatha with 1k stamina and just fly into the ocean after taking an egg, they can’t get you, I have stoked tons of eggs this way.
