Grapple to it and reel yourself in close enough where it can bite in order to tranq it and parachute down cause it will drag you up. Make sure to bring beds in case things go wrong. I’ve done this solo and it works well if done correctly

Stealing wyvern eggs is so convienent rather than rock Drake's . Because you can just place an auto turret at the top surrounded by metal spikes you just have to make sure they do not destroy the outlet when it's shooting at them so charge sticks would be better at the job . Put in like 1000 bullets if your planning to gets 1 egg then put 400 to be safe because if you steal an egg and get chased by 8 wyverns you may need to doge them for a while while the auto turret kills them I personally got 5 eggs on 0.4 difficulty 0.2 being default with 500 bullets .

To get milk I highly suggest building a trap having to kill alphas when first taming is extremely difficult

If you dont have milk you can cryopod the baby and it will want a different thing to imprint.

Good way I've found to get wyvern milk is lure a female wyvern out into the dunes on scorched earth with your own wyvern and shoot the wild one to knock out as it attacks yours(by the way it is quite risky and when I did it my lightning wyvern died and I was so angry with the poison wyvern that did it I forcetamed her and found out she was much better than my last so worth it in that way too👿)

you only need milk if you want to stat imprimt it.

If you have heart problems I don't recommend getting a wyvern. I swear I was going to have a heart attack from the adrenaline rush.

1. Get a high level PT (best to have 2000+ health and 400+ stamina)

2. Fly to the volcano area (before going in make sure you have lots of stamina

3. Find an egg (you'll see the nest before you see the egg) MAKE SURE DRAGONS AREN'T TOO CLOSE TO THE EGG

4. Land next to egg and jump off and grab the egg

5. Jump on your pt and just freaking fly DON'T DON'T LOOK BACK JUST FLY. Preferably fly into a tree area like the redwood forest depending on location

6. Get home. Put egg down. Put 12-16 torches surrounding egg and light them to keep egg warm. Egg hatches and then you raise the baby

YOU DON'T NEED WYVERN MILK YOU CAN FEED THEM RAW MEAT.

THE MATURING PROCCESS TAKES A LONG TIME

You can use a sacrificial pt of any level and fly toward it while the wyverns chasing you, that will buy you spme time to run and take the egg

Get your argy to 7000+damage and 2000+helth to kill a wyvern

Well this is late 2019 and the best way to raise a Dino that you don’t have time for like a wyv where you have to get milk to raise so now that cryopods are a thing it makes your life so easy to just put it up when you can’t watch it anymore and while you’re on let it out and make sure you keep the food up and get your easy 100% imprint

When getting eggs just go were there are no wyverns.👌

For easy wyvern milk you can take a turret boat into the wyvern cave near crystal cave by SW area (assuming you are on ragnarok) & set the turrets to kill the alpha wyvern. This will give you 50 wyvern milk. You will need 6 turrets with at least 100 bullets in each to do this.

Or

Go into the same cave with a boat or raft,agro a wyvern onto you by shooting it,then take your raft or boat to the entrance & put it half way out. This causes the wyvern to become stuck & you can tranquillise it. Make sure it is a female & be careful,as the torpor on these beasts are nearly the same if not faster than a giga drops.

When going to knock out a wyvern for milk,go for a poison or a fire, NEVER a lightning. The poison wyverns poison ball travels very slowly and so it is easy to avoid. You can outfly a fire wyvern and if you get on fire, no big deal. But lightning wyverns will shred youu and your bird!!

When you are trying to get an egg from these guys try to use a griffin there the fastest flyers or if you don’t have a griffin use a argy there the 3 fastest flyers next to pterodactyls but they have bad stamina and Arges have very good stamina

It is ideal to use an agile flying creature such as a Quetzal,Rockdrake,Phoenix Pteradon;eg’ To outrun the wyvern when stealing the eggs.
