READ THIS IF YOU WANT A WYVERN

To have your own wyvern you need to steal its egg, so there is a few things you need to have to go for a wyvern egg:

1. You need a flying dino that is fast and has decent stamina.

2. Locate the wyverns’ cave in any map you play (Ragnarok, Valguero, Scorched Earth, etc.).

3. Go near the cave and stop to regenerate stamina.

4. Try to see hoy many adult wyverns are flying around the cave. If there are too many you don’t have many chances to successfully steal an egg

5. When you are ready, fly into the cave and take the egg (I recommend to take the first one you see, because if you stay too long inside the cave, wyverns might kill you).

6. FLY AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO GET OUT OF THE CAVE.

7. If you can get out alive, you have made the hardest part, but you have still work to do.

8. When you arrive your base, put down and light around 10 or 15 torches in a circle, and place the egg in the middle.

9. Wait for it to hatch.

10. When the egg hatches, you will have to take care of the wyvern until it grows. You have to do the things that the wyvern asks you to do. The hardest one is to give it wyvern milk. To acquire this you need to knock out an adult wyvern or kill an Alfa. BUT THERE IS A MUCH EASIER WAY. If you have cryopods, try taking your wyvern in the cryopod and then let it out. Sometimes it changes the thing that the baby is asking for.

11. Keep doing the things that your wyvern wants until it grows.

12. Congrats! You have a WYVERN!! :)

Even when tamed you still take damage from your wywern. That suck

Remember it is all easy with a fjordhawk get the egg and die and fjordhawk brings it to you

If Ur having a really hard time put Dino damage to 0 (only for single player)

If you are an early game daring guy who only uses an owl or ptera to get egg, this is for you.

There are two options. First you find a flyer (ptera or owl, not argie because they are slow) and either you pump speed so that the wyv won't be able to target you, or health of you can't dodge the attack.

1. The hard part is getting to the egg. I recommend an owl with pumped speed and heat vision. Once you find the egg, don't pick it. Yes, don't.

Just let the mumma wyvern follow you, fly zigzag towards left and right and poison and fire wyverns wouldn't be able to even touch you. Just right and left, NOT up and down or the wyv will chomp.

2. Find a rex or bronto or anything big sized nearby. I found a high level bronto. So just land near its legs or fly in circles around its feet. The wyv will aggro the bronto and will start fighting it rather than you. This is your chance.

3. While the wyvs fight the giant, fly to the egg and grab it. The wyv won't follow as it would be busy fighting the bronto, and even if wyvs kill him, they won't follow you back, as of Jan 2025.

How to steal wyvern eggs with a Shadowmane!

1. Tame a high level SM, make sure it has at-least 10k health- depending on your difficulty. ( mine has around 22k health and max difficulty was no issue. )

2. Locate the nest and sneak in while cloaked, count the number of wyverns and try to find where all the eggs are. Note using any item while riding will uncloak the SM!

3. Take out the lone Wyverns with the dash ability, then, if you can, attempt to kill the rest. If your nest has it, hide in the water to regain health if you are getting swarmed. Your SM will get a boost and you can take down Wyverns with the dash ability from under the water.

4. If you plan on not attacking, locate a high level egg while cloaked and steal it, then use the long jump and get out as fast as you can.

5. You have a Wyvern!

Idk but for u it might work to put an egg on campfire It didn't work for me it might for u

A way to get a egg is searching for a empty area with 6 or less wyverns once you find it get the egg and get as far as you can and make sure that you have multiple beds incase you or your tame dies and also make sure you have a flier with good speed and 1k health

My bf and I spent 2 hours trying to get a good wyvern egg we lost over 6 argentavis including my favorite, French Fry and died like 10 times each. Finally got a 145 lightning egg and then spent forever farming wyvern milk finally when we got a ton of milk we went to hatch the egg, and he ate it. 😭😭😭😭

To the dude who said to force feed them meat, I paired this with a snow owl to be safe and I have raised 5 wyverns with this trick even on my new Ragnarok sever with no snow owl. It works.

So I wait until you are high level with fortitude and health high up and I suggest maybe a argentavis with health fortitude and a lot of speed it doesn't need to be a argentavis maybe a pterodactyl with the same stats I hope this does you good!

This is what you need to hatch a wyvern

1.a ring of 15 to 40 campfires

2.watching it at all times

(For Ragnarok)

1. Flying tame/grappling hooks

2. Find an Oviraptor+tame it

3. Take it to a Wyvern’s nest

4. Have it pick up the egg

5. Carry the Oviraptor out once it’s gotten the egg

6. Hatch your new Wyvern

Step 1:go to a wyvern trench and look for the eggs but make sure you have a faster flyer than a wyvern and good stamina.(Maewing are the best in my opinion)

Step 2: get as far away as the wyverns as possible or go near a Dino to make the wyvern Agro on it.(tip, WATCH YOUR BACK by pressing “k”)

Step 3:once your safe put the egg in a preserving bin. Next build your incubating room(15 campfires is how I did it with collision, turned off)

Step 4:get a Daeodon or a snow owl to heal the baby wyvern and keep healing until it an adult wyvern.(Make sure your daeodon is well fed because it will soon stop healing)
