How to steal an egg after flyer nerf on Ragnarok.

Have a pteranadon, and only upgrade stamina. Go to the rift, near the redwood, and fly all the way to the back near the big lavafall(?). There are many egg spawns here. Wait until the wyvern go out of range, then quickly take the egg, fly next to the edge and go through the forrest. There is a high chance the wyvern gets stuck, and you may loose it. If not, die and find your body, and you will find the egg in your inventory. Recommended is to take your second-best ptera.

Other tip: Have two players and two ptera’s. Make your friend with a weak ptera stay on the edge, and when you steal the egg fly towards your friend, and pass him. This will make the Wyvern aggro on your friend instead, giving you sufficient time to escape, and leave him to die. You can also do this solo, however, we often do it together, and my friend tries to escape in which he succeed half the time. So it might save you losing another ptera.

With the regular wyvern or crystal wyvern you can attack creatures or players that you have picked by looking up and down side to side while spamming bite you will hit the person/creature that you have picked killing it pretty fast

On the island they like to hang around blue on when you pick the flower it will spawn an egg 5 minutes from then flying stegosaurus will come at you hide in a thatch 1 by 1 then use no air conditioners to hatch the egg raise with berries.

If you’re going after ice wyvern eggs in Valguero, take an imprinted argent army. Don’t bother with a pteranodon or tapejara or lymantria. The wyverns’ ice breath will slow you down enough that running might not be an option so having a handful of beefy, imprinted, mate-boosted argents to pick the wyverns off one at a time makes things more survivable. I took 6 argents in and they made quick work of the wyverns.

When stealing a wyvern egg you should always have a tapajara or a pterodactyl, have your mount on passive so if you get hit by the breath attack you can get out of there fast. Try and take a level 135-150 pterodactyl or tapaja, should have enough health to withstand at least one breath attack. When fleeing the wyvern go into a group of passive creatures and do a fly by. Most of the time the wyvern will get distracted by most dinosaurs that are in groups. If that doesn't work I usually have a plan B ready. That is just having a few low level flying dinosaurs ready when I fly over them then I just whistle aggressive. That almost always works for me. Then I have a plan C, because god knows I'm always over preparing. You fly in the forest, dismount, sacrifice your dino and just run. Plan D? I'm not that smart.

You’re in trouble if the male and female wyverns see you if they do your dead unless you have a Ghillie suit then you’re fine.I am telling you this now because you can lose your flyer because if the wyvern that sees you is a high level you and your flyer are dead just wanted to point that out.;)
